staff were fantastic and extremely helpful

the room was very ordinary and bed was well used and not very comfortable. Also the pillows were the cheapest of quality and not acceptable. Otherwise, this small hotel was fanstic.

We loved everything about this property! It usually takes me a couple of days to get used to a hotel room, but at Duque, everything was so clean and comfortable, that it did not feel like a strange hotel room. I also really liked that they had a 24hr reception. It felt really safe. The staff were amazing. Cannot fault anyone. From the receptionist (who were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful) to the cleaning staff (who were extremely polite and friendly) to the kitchen staff (who were just as lovely and made the best scrambled eggs). I highly recommend this hotel. The location was perfect. Palermo is a beautiful and large neighbourhood with lots to do. Thanks to the hotel we also visited the most romantic and cozy Argentine restaurant and also had the best night at the tango show, all of which the hotel staff booked for me ahead of our arrival. An absolute wonderful stay at this hotel. Room was equipped with a mini fridge, safe, bathroom had a bidet, a balcony, and was very clean and comfortable. Hotel has a great breakfast every morning, coffee all day long, a sitting room, spa, and pool. The staff were excellent and helped in scheduling taxis, answering questions, and being very pleasant. A special thank you to Ricardo who actually loaned me his subway card to use while I was there. The hotel is close to a subway station, pharmacies, resturants, and food markets. I would highly recommend this hotel if staying in Buenos Aires!

There was nothing that I did not like about the hotel. But for you very light sleepers the noise from the street may wake you at times. I didn't find the noise from the street to be anymore than you would find in any large city. I had no problem sleeping through the night.

Even before arriving we felt in the messages the hotel sent us their warmth and hospitality!! We asked beforehand for kosher breakfast and they did their best to finally get the kosher meal… was really amazing the staying. The people in the desk are so guest oriented that even they brought us a couple of options to charge our smartphone (we forgot ours in our home). The ladies in the kitchen at breakfast time were also amazingly kind and warmth, you can notice that all the team is very guest oriented!!! If I visit again Buenos Aires, for sure I will stay at the Duque Hotel, which is also very well located!!

I can’t fault this gorgeous little hotel. Duque is perfectly located in Palermo, walking distance to all the cute cafes, shops and restaurants (literally around the corner from Don Julio!) and the staff are so helpful and friendly. First time traveling in South America and they made everything so seamless and had very helpful advice about the currency situation in Argentina (you can also exchange $$ at the hotel at a much better rate than the airport) and transfers. Rooms are decent size, super comfortable and excellent value for money. We stayed here twice in two weeks on our entry and departure via Buenos Aires.

Nothing! I unplugged the mini fridge for our stay as I’m super noise sensitive but otherwise everything was perfect. Great that they actually have a fridge with water etc if you need one, unlike other places we stayed.

I had a large, superior room and it was a really good size. Everything very clean. Noise levels were good, despite my room being on the street side. The water pressure in the shower was the best of the holiday - awesome! Breakfast was lovely - a good selection of cold cuts, fruit, cakes, yoghurt etc. and then you could choose the type of egg you wanted and what you wanted in them - I had delicious omelettes. Location was great - you can walk into the centre in about 50 minutes and locally, you are surrounded by fabulous bars and restaurants. Staff are lovely and very helpful - shout out to Ricardo who was very informative and helpful!

Personal preference, the place is what I would call grandma chic so not really my kind of style but my friend loved it - so just depends on your aesthetic! It was still a gorgeous little hotel!

I was completely satisfied with this hotel. Hotel staff were extremely helpful in answering all questions and giving suggestions of the good restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. We were part of the passengers on the cruise ship to Antarctica and had a wonderful time at the hotel.

I had trouble figuring out the ac in the room and wished I had written directions in the room. I went down to the front desk and not only did they explain the procedure to set the temperature but went up to the room to make sure it was operating correctly.

This is a charming little hotel. the people are helpful, the pool was nice (small but inviting) the breakfasts were good. there were a lot of areas in which to sit. The area where the hotel is located is nice and within walking distance of restaurants.

I was very disappointed that I paid a lot extra for what was supposed to be an upgraded room. I think that they have the one room on the corner that is shown on the website that might be considered upgraded. It was bigger and had a dresser. As for the balconies they are small and look out over the street, so not useful. Our room was pretty small with very little storage space. Our AC did work well. Our friends in the not upgraded rooms commented that theirs didn't.

We love this hotel! Small, well maintained boutique hotel! Feels very homey. Breakfast was very nice with big variety of food and choices of custom cook omelettes. there is pretty nice SPA and tiny but cute court yard with pool. But the best thing about this hotel its stuff! I wish people like that work everywhere! thank you very much!!! definitely will recommend it to everyone

Become of the heatwave in BA, we had to keep AC 24/7. It was a wall unit blowing directly to the bed! not very comfortable. But I guess it was just our luck
