Amazing breakfast. Room was very clean, and had a good size for my husband and our 3yo. Amenities were great as well. Our room had a nice view to Puerto Madero. We had a lovely stay. Wish we had booked more days.

It's not a complaint, just a "personal taste", but breakfast place had dimmed lights, the room was a bit dark. So for a morning/breakfast situation, maybe lit up the room. But I understand it is "part of the decor/experience" of the style of the hotel.

The staff were more than helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We very soon felt like a family member. The breakfast was outstanding with plenty of choice, hot and cold. The room was incredible spacious, with extra large balcony. Having a bathroom and cloakroom was great so we could spread out. Plenty of cupboard space The gym was first class with plenty of equipment to work on with separate weights room and studio.

We couldn’t get to terms with the TV, but we weren’t there to watch tv! Not enough coat hangers Lighting was poor and rooms are quite dark, but didn’t deter from the excellent service and space. It’s a shame that hotel guest can’t use the residents pool, it’s shown on the web site and give opening times in the lift.

The room was lovely, with a very nice bed and bathroom and also had a great view. The breakfast was superb. The gym was the best equipped of any hotel we have ever stayed at. The outdoor pool was very good. However, the absolute stand-out feature was the fantastic level of service from the staff which was amazing and exemplary. Everyone was courteous, kind and helpful, always prepared to "go the extra mile" - nothing was too much trouble. They were all brilliant and a real credit to the hotel. We would say that the staff delivered a standard os service with a smile which was the best we have ever experienced in any country in the World.

The only comment is that the swimming pool was a little too warm!

The room was extremely spacious, staff at the reception were really helpful.

Pool was always in the shadow and quite windy (therefore not really usable and it is the main facility at your disposal), you are not allowed to use the one that is in front of you as it is only for residents. Lobby is quite small. Breakfast order was made incorrectly every day (just for eggs), the staff need to write down the order and check that they are actually bringing you what you ordered. Its a nice hotel but the 5* details are definitely missing.

It's beautiful property with spectacular views of the water. The staff everywhere in the property is amazing... very attentive, helpful, and cordial. The meal service in LEYNIA was exceptional, and CIEL spa is a beautiful, relaxing spot; again, the staff in both was exceptional. It's an easy walk to very good restaurants, bars, and nightlife.

Not a dislike, just a clarification: Puerto Madero is the eastern-most part of Buenos Aires. It's new and modern... but it is a distance from areas like Palermo, Recoleta, etc.

The hotel was newer, very clean, felt welcomed the minute we arrived, the guy spoke English and Spanish and asked what language we preferred. The front desk staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. We went for lunch which was very nice and again very clean restaurant.

Nothing, amazing hotel. I cannot fault anything in the hotel, the food was good, the service was exceptional and the room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel has a spa but they do not offer pedicure and manicures, this was not a huge issue but would have been nice to offer that service.

The hotel was very stylishly decorated. The room was very large and comfortable, especially the bed and pillows. There was a fantastic mini bar, a coffee machine and we also had a balcony. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful and the location was great - with key neighbourhoods like San Telmo within walking distance. Finally, the breakfast was really nice; great quality and a good range of options.

As we were only there for one night we really have any criticisms; it was exactly what we needed for a last night stopover. Some might criticise the location as it is slightly further away from Palermo and Recoleta. However, we found it super easy to get to other parts of the city and Porto Madero is a really nice neighbourhood to walk around and explore.

honestly everything . the amazing staff it’s the thing that make the big different . Pablo and Francisco the bellboys Dalma ,María Clara and Candelaria from the spa , front desk and the property manger yael was do everything the can to make my stay comfortable and pleasant. this going to be my new sport when arrive town and I will definitely make sure to direct all my family and friends . thanks guys about everything I really appreciate it .🙏🙏🙏

The area is nice and safe, lots of restaruants to chose and in a walking distance. the reoom is spacious and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. they have buffet and you can order special dishes like omelettes or eggs. the staff is very friendly and accomodating. we were 8 people in a group and everyone was happy with the stay.

Beautiful, modern new hotel in a lovely, safe neighborhood. The rooms were very spacious, the staff was friendly and welcoming and the spa and the restaurant were top notch. And the free breakfast was amazing, complete with mimosas!! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. Overall great experience 😊
