Breakfast was amazing and delicious. Buffet with a lot of little desserts and a few savory options. Breakfast was my favorite part. The people working there are so nice, friendly, and happy to help with anything you need. The vibe is just wonderful. The facilities were clean and cozy and the room was comfortable. The location was also great. Around 5 min walking from the center of El Calafate so you get there quickly but the hotel itself is located in a quiet area so no noise around. I loved my stay!

Nice hotel style, very domestic and authentic. Friendly staff. Perfect location to walk and for the buses to pick up for the excursions. Good breakfast. When the whole city suffered from the water shortage, our hotel managed ot better than others. I would definitely choose it again. Beautiful view from the buffet and lobby. Birds.

I liked everything, but I think welcome water bottle is a must have for every hotel. It is bot expensive but it definitely makes difference for long travel moments.

Really big room with comfortable bed. Great location - about 5 mins’ walk to the town and 15 mins from the bus station. Staff were amazing - they organised a taxi for me to go to the airport with a female driver (not sure if deliberate but made me feel more comfortable!) they also explained the situation with the town’s water outage (not their fault) and had extra reserves to get through it.

The heating is turned up quite high, you can ask them to turn off the underfloor heating if you prefer

The staff was brilliant! Informal enough and went the extra mile to help with each of our many questions and necessary arrangements. Breakfast was generous and served in the same room that turns into evening restaurant. We had one meal there and it was abundant and tasty. The location is out of town centre but at relatively short walking distance and very quick on a taxi. Nearby there's one of the best restaurants of El Calafate with great food and fab views towards town, lake and mountains and perfect at sunset.

We were on single beds and unfortunately they 'walked' as we moved as we slept. They were rather small and could do with an upgrade.

Lovely option in El Calafate. We were having issues cancelling a Western Union transfer and Manuelle and Valeria at reception could not have been more helpful. They called the customer care line repeatedly to explain our issue and get the problem resolved. The rooms were nice and the bed very comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

The hotel was nice and clean, staff helpful and good breakfast. It took like 10 min walk to the downtown.

It was hot in the room and we didn't have an aircondition. Paper thin walls, we could hear almost everything from other rooms.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The Breakfast is ok. Nice large reception area with comfortable lounge chairs.

In one word noise. The walls are paper thin so you can hear the other guests moving around. There are dogs close by consistently barking during periods in the night. When I was there it was particularly hot weather however there were no fans available which might be helpful. WI-FI is a bit hit and miss.

Great position, just outside the center. Basic rooms. Good quality for money. Clean. Charming building.

The bathroom is quite oldish but it does its job. Basic breakfast, a bit for every taste.

This is a nice hotel in El Calafate, with modern and clean rooms. I was happy to stay here, the breakfast was good and staff friendly.

Nice-looking hotel, I got a very clean and cozy room with a beautiful garden view. Good breakfast.

Although the hotel is located a bit aside from center, you still may hear some music at night. Also, they have plastic roof panels, which may be noisy in the wind.
