We loved this hotel! It was so cozy and clean. We loved the room and amenities and the staff was very helpful. They booked us taxis and provided packed lunch for us to bring on our long tour days. Very pretty hotel with lots of space to hang out.

The hotel is a bit of a ways from the main area of town. It's great if you're looking for some peace and quiet, or if you have a rental car during your stay. We managed just fine walking a ways into town or calling a taxi, but it's not by the hustle and bustle of town if that's what you're looking for. They also do not have a restaurant. They provide breakfast, but in the evenings it is just a bar. Everything else was great!

The hotel is about 10-15 minutes walk from the centre, not really a problem unless it's raining! Very good breakfast for Argentina, there's fruit and scrambled eggs, several varieties of bread, in addition to the lovely croissants and sweet stuff, and all regularly refilled by the attentive restaurant staff. Nice restaurant, plenty of tables and natural light, with views of the garden. Rooms were a fairly good size for the level of hotel, clean and quite well equipped. Shower was good, hot water and nice shampoo and soaps provided. Beds were long but not very wide, but overall comfortable and the room was quiet. Staff are attentive and helpful.

Everything was good for the price and level of the hotel. This was our 3rd visit to Calafate and this must be one of the best value for money hotels there. Comfortable and clean facilities with attentive staff.

Good location at about15 minutes walk from the town centre. Staff spoke excellent English and were always very helpful. Lovely buffet breakfast - our second breakfast being especailly better as there was a fireplace in the restaurant that was lit that day which made it so much warmer. We would certainly stay again if we were i this area. There was an abundance of lavinder at the time of our stay (late February) that made for the most wonderful sleep imaginable. Maybe the hotel should consider making mall bags of it available for guest use as it also grows in the garden of the hotel.

Nothing of note except that the room safe was very difficult to understand. We had to call the manager twice as we could not unlock it having closed it with our usual code that we know very well.

The breakfast was really good, lots of fresh fruit, pastries and scrambled egg on toast. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is a short walk from the Main Street which wasn’t a problem for us .

There was a strong smell of fumes in the corridor where our room was located that gave us both a headache. The hotel staff were helpful and we got moved to another room no problem.

Excellent breakfast with good timings for going on excursions, staff very helpful and friendly, the reception area and bar very comfortable and welcome after a day out, good shower, rooms clean and a reasonable size.

Having been backpacking for the last 5 weeks we desperately needed to do some washing, the prices for this service were extortionate (pay per item). We paid 15000 argentine pesos for 6 pairs of underwear and 3 vest tops! Otherwise nothing else to dislike.

First class facility with nicely furnished room, quiet outlook and great buffet breakfast. Wonderful lobby with huge wood fireplace and comfy chairs. English-speaking staff were very professional and helpful.

Longish walk to restaurants & shops downtown. Walls a bit thin between rooms. No evening food service - would have appreciated chance to stay there for dinner rather than having to venture back out after a long day.

The breakfast was very good with a nice selection of items. The location was a outside of the downtown area but the downtown area was only a short walk away.

I didn't seem to be able to find any thermostat or temperature control in my room. It would have been good to be able to increase the temperature a bit. Other than that the room was very nice.

Absolutely outstanding! This is such a hidden gem for the price - such great value for money and we would definitely stay here again. The rooms and amenities are great, beds are so comfortable and the breakfast was wonderful! The lobby areas are so nice too. Only 10 mins walk from the bus station and 10 mins walk from the centre of town - really great location and would definitely stay here again.

The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The staff very friendly and professional. The terace in front of the restorant was very nice place to spent some time outside.

The street to the hotel was not an optimal one. However the access street did not influenced the stay in the hotel, and if I travel again to El Calafate I will book the same hotel.

Great hotel, very decent breakfast and friendly staff.

The room was so hot - wish we could have had a fan. We slept with the window open as it was too hot for us (which was fine as the hotel is in a quite location so we slept well). Location is a bit out of the town - as previous comments mentioned, I’m sure it’s a safe place but I was weary of walking back in the dark in the road leading up to the hotel.
