The hotel is new and nice. My room was spacious, the bed was really comfortable. I enjoyed having slippers and robe in the room. In general the room was stylish to my taste. The breakfast was great, with a large variety of things to chose from. I also on one occasion dined in the hotel restaurant and was surprised how bit the portion was. There's also a great supermarket nearby the hotel, where you can buy snacks or ready to eat food.

Maybe a little too much stuff in the fridge. I get it that it's mini bar, but I had to move things around quite a bit to place my stuff. Also cleaning crew didn't come to my room during my weekly stay. I guess I could've asked for it but was kind of forgetful of that.

The breakfast had a fairly good selection of hot and cold foods. Some additions/improvements were suggested to the management. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is only a year old and appreciates feedback on what may improve guests' experiences. I was very impressed with the staff's friendliness and willingness to help with my cancelled flight situation at the end of my stay. They were flexible and very understanding; to be given a special mention are Susie, whose English was very good, and Arpineh, the manager.

The staff/management has Russian as their second language - a greater focus on improving English skills will help them communicate much better with travellers from all over Europe and the world.

Lovely place, overall great experience: - very helpful team, helped us with some local language requests, storage, advice on where to go - good diverse breakfast, changes from day to day, something includes complex dishes like sautéed meat and veg. always had some fruit and local baked goods as an option - nice location, not in the center though. Close enough to interesting places, but helps to escape noise in city center. lovely park nearby. - blackout curtains, no noise from neighbours, can be some noise from the road, especially if the window is open. - air conditioning available - nice little pool and sauna, water in the pool is constantly renewed - very clean rooms with good beds.

- a bit away from the center, was not a problem for us though - the pool can ucollect dust after busy weekends

I would like to thank the personnel of the Hotel for the kind welcome for my mom. She was traveling alone with a dog and I was worried that she would have some difficulties during her stay. It was very heartwarming to hear from her that the managers and workers of the hotel were very careful and helped with all her requests. Besides she liked a location, food and hospitality.

every think, first of all the staff kindness. The hotel is located near but not in the center. Very quite at nights, rooms are comfortable and very clean. The breakfast is very good ( beside the fact of not having gluten free products) There is a good restaurant, small but nice and clean pool and sauna. The staff is extremely kind allowing even late checkout. Is a very nice boutique hotel and I will return in my next business visit to Yerevan🙏🏻💜

Really nice hotel. Feels new and fresh. The staff is the most excellent part of this hotel: every one of the was courteous, accommodating and met me with a smile. The place had all the necessary facilities. Very good towels and a bathrobe.

My room felt a little small (but that to be expected). The view from the room was so-so :)

very clean hotel, water pressure is very high for bath. location is good but not the best. just be careful while checkout.

The excellent location near the SAS supermarket makes it appealing to have whatever you want. Quiet and clean hotel with a fantastic chef. The best option for relaxing in Yerevan.

The staff's unfamiliarity with online guaranteed payment at the checkout process made me upset, and I was so close to losing my appointment for the VAC.

This was wonderful journey. Unfortunately my stay here was very short to enjoy this atmosphere. Very clean rooms, hospitable and friendly staff, that supports in each situation. They are so attentive.Restaurant and bar are excellent, I’m so satisfied with their food and service.There is a pool on site, new with sauna also. I relaxed there and enjoyed those short but wonderful moments. I can only say that I’ll be back in and recommend everyone to stay at this nice and new hotel.

Nice hotel, nice room. Very confortable bed. Clean. The staff from the reception very kind and speaks very well english. The brekfast was excellent, really very good. The hotel is not far from the center. 15-20 minute walk from the main square. Good choice to visit Yerevan. Aircondition was ok, Wi-Fi was good as well!

The indoor pool was not so amasing, but everithing else was really very ok!
