The location was a 2 minute walk from the airport. Very convenient if coming in on a late flight. No taxi required! Of course, that means that it's a $40 taxi ride to Palm Beach, or $24 taxi ride to Oranjestad.

The membrane on the pool was completely coming off. The pool area was nice and relaxing, but it made me wonder how clean it was. The staff was pleasant, but completely unorganized, constantly shifting from from desk, to waiter at the restaurant, to bar server. They'd be more efficient if just assigned a single task. I had to call them a few times, though, and they were always nice and helped out to the best of their abilities.

Hotel is located steps from the airport and the rent car locations. Very clean area around the hotel, the breakfast buffet was a plus. The friendly staff around the hotel made our stay also more pleasant. Once you rent a car the island is limitless from the hotel to explore what Aruba has to offer.

The pullout bed is not the most comfortable bed. However, for a short stay was OK.

Overall service was good.

Be more efficient with customer service at the bar and restaurant. The waiters acted like they were so busy and they had very minimal customers in the bar and restaurant area. One night I was so frustrated I caught a taxi to get food for dinner.

The property is relatively new and modern in terms of style. Very convenient next to the airport with a 1-minute walk to the check-ins. The rooms are nice, although the beds are a bit soft, but personal opinion. The pool and the pool area are really great to spend some time.

The bed was a bit to soft for me, but slept very well. It's probably a personal thing and what you're used to.

The breakfast was surprisingly delicious and there were plenty of options. The decor is modern and captivating surroundings, and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The location right next to the airport is a plus since it's difficult to find a taxi after a certain time of day, when the airport shuts down.

Best of all is its excellent location, since you can walk from the terminal to the hotel, because it is right next to the airport. In addition to a very good continental breakfast and the hotel staff is very attentive at all times.

New hotel, easy walk from airport exit, excellent staff. Had a relaxed Evening meal in bar area. Food was good. Complimentary breakfast was excellent. Reasonable taxi rate from hotel to cruise port.

Hallways needed to be vacuumed but room was very clean.

Both excellen, I liked the fressh fruit best and the orange juice was the best I had in years, thick with flavoe. Pienapple was sweet and ripe, and the big grapes great. Did inot m ind the seeds as an islander I expect seeds on everyfruit,

I did not try hard to make my room warmenr but I was not uncomfortable enough to complain or bother the staff. Perhaps make it easy for guests to adjust the room temperature.

Breakfast was good. A walking distance to the airport but not everything else.

Given traffic at the hotel, they could have used a little more staff who are able to hold conversations with English speaking hotel guests. Meal servers did not deliver personal service.

I needed a place to overnight and conduct business by internet before my connecting flight and this was perfect . A 2 minute walk from the airport . I could check in and return to the hotel to work. Great internet, friendly staff
