This place certainly has no corporate links...everything about the place speaks of love and care. From the moment we met Paul we knew this was going to be an exceptional stay. He advised that UHT milk was in the fridge but then asked if we would prefer fresh milk he would be happy to swap over. The gardens are emaculate, which is the first impression. Moving onto our room all rooms have a verandah/ carport. Along side every door was a bucket and squidgy to clean your windscreen. Inside the room...just wow. Very thoughtful set up....awesome anti-gravity seats with foot rests. Beautiful and comfortable king size bed. The decor was next level too. Nice modern kitchenette with decent size fridge. The bathroom consisted of a classy shower, toilet and vanity...a good selection of toiletries and omg 3 decent sized towels for the two of us. The TV is a smart TV with some foxtel stations included...however if you have a Netflix account etc it was eady to log in. The pub is easily within walking distance and the food wasn't too bad either. There is also a sports club in walking distance to (under a KM). We did notice a courtesy bus go past so maybe they do pick-up and drop offs. There is a swimming pool on site to, and the air-conditioning was whisper quiet. Heaps of power points to. There is also, over the road a great looking park and playground.

We had some inconsiderate neighbours who held loud conversations adjacent to out room and left their diesel 4WD running.

Perfect location . Hotel next door walking distance for dinner . Units self contained if you wish to cook your meals comfortable and spacious. We order full breakfast definite value for money , my husband and I struggled to get through every thing on the plate . Would definitely order again . Management and staff friendly and helpful . Will definitely be back . Relaxing and comfortable stay

The staff were super friendly and accommodating. They even offered a carton of milk on arrival. The beds were comfortable and the rooms and bathrooms very clean.

Even though it was 30c outside. the pool was icy. Solar heating would be a great enhancement to be able to swim longer in the Spring and Autum months.

we had a super comfortable and spacious room, bed was comfortable and the shower also had fantastic water pressure. we used the BBQ area and it had everything supplied - paper towels, oil, tongs. Absolutely fantastic! staff are super friendly and always around if you need something. also loved Murry the dog, what a sweetie! close to everything, walking 20 seconds to the pub or supermarket is incredibly handy!

Fantastic overnight stay on our trip north from Victoria to far north QLD. Very spacious unit ,great kitchen/cooking facilities ,very comfortable lounge chairs and foot stools ,good bed and undercover car park outside our room .Rebooked this place after our stay last year as we think it is as good a regional motel anywhere

Lovely comfortable room, beautiful garden setting. Attention to detail, bucket and sponge available in carport for motorists to clean windscreens. Staff very helpful and friendly. Easy walks along the river. Great location.

From checking in to checking out, everything was great. Reception lady was lovely, the room great, everything nice and clean. Could not have asked for anything more. We will definitely be back again and again

Very spacious and beautifully refurbished. The super comfortable recliner chairs were a real bonus!

Lacked a little natural daylight in the room due to the carport out the front of the room, but that’s a little sacrifice well worth it to have your car under cover and protected from the weather

The perfect space for a quick country escape

We got back late at night and the hot water in shower took a little while to set in (we had to run the taps in the kitchen and bathroom first)

We stayed in one of the upgraded King Studios which was great. It was a really hot day so the pool was a wonderful way to cool off.

Being so close to the river there were a few mozzies and hornets in our room.
