You have to be aware the reception office is at the house located at the end of the motel units driveway and you will note a telephone number to ring , located at the house office door - all good Dan had it all sorted Tv was small but that is nick piking

This motel was a delightful surprise. We chose it for an overnight stop because it was inexpensive, but it turned out to be really spacious, clean, and well-equipped, in a beautiful setting on the edge of the small town. The rooms all overlook an expansive lawn that has the pool and BBQ facilities. The host Dan doesn't live on-site, but we communicated prior to our arrival and everything was ready for us to check-in on our own. We were the only guests, so we had the whole place to ourselves, which was great. Very quiet location near the golf-course, and a short walk into town for an excellent dinner at the Barooga Hotel. The kitchen had everything you'd need to self-cater, and the wifi was excellent.

We loved the location - super close to Sporties. Great outdoor area that my brother used to practise his chipping. Nice surprise to have a electric cooker and cook top.

Was very difficult to open the main door and the bedroom door. We think the hinges were sagging. Would be great if the rooms had a small 2 seater couch rather than just the 2 chairs. Weren't overly comfortable.

Very clean rooms, lots of room. Bathroom recently updated. Electric blankets very welcoming as 0 degrees overnight! Nice green space off glass door out to pool. Handy to walk to sporting club for dinner, also breakfast available sports club from 7am. Crockery and cutlery provided, only lacking tea towel.

Lovely place with nice grounds. Room was very clean. Loved the little extras in the fridge I found upon arrival including the cold beer. Very much appreciated. When I finally met the owner the next morning, he was very friendly.

Bit of confusion upon my arrival in the evening as reception was closed. Please grandchildren, someone teach grandpa how to send a message to an International WhatsApp number. Alternatively a note on the office door to me would have been equally effective.

Great place to stay. Quiet location, Small motel with all facilities (pool, bbq area with all things supplied). Neat, clean and tidy. Rooms were comfortable. Check in was easy with friendly service. Across the road from the club. Plenty of parking on site.

Loved all the space available for the kids to run and kick a ball. BBQ area was fantastic. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The fact that the pool had shade was perfect!

Such a minor detail, I did read that the pool was supposed to be solar heated, but the water was icy cold. Hot day so it didn't worry the kids.

Great location, only a couple of minutes from the Sporties Club. A couple of minutes' walk to the Golf Course. Only a few minutes to Barooga and Cobram shopping center's. Beautiful and spacious grounds for kids to play. Complimentary beers and O/juice on arrival.

location was perfect for us as golfers. the accommodation was a perfect size and great facilities. the staff were very accommodating and super friendly. will be staying here again in October. thanks Dan & Jude!!
