The room was clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable (for my liking). The room was not fancy but had everything in which I was after. Good location, with the Lake out the back of the complex. Didn't hear any road noise. Friendly service at reception (the lady whom served me). Parking available outside rooms and out the back of the hotel. Not overly expensive.

There was nothing in which I could fault or complain about. The hotel next door could not be heard from the room. Was happy with everything.

Good central location. Comfortable, but basic budget room. Dated furnishings, however the room was clean. Friendly staff. Easy check in process, even on a public holiday.

I had expected there would have been a hairdryer in the room, unfortunately I couldn't locate one. Luckily I'd brought one from home, expecting the one provided may not have been powerful enough.

Short walk to the lake with a nice view and a designated area by the lake for swimming. Well located to drive around to places of interest and near town. Comfortable sofa seat. Good air condition with strong fan that quickly cool the room after the summer heat.

The motel signage leading to the entrance was not very visible. Having to drive around to find it.

close to water, great location between pub and wine bar - dining options at both. short distance to local club where we were booked to see a band.

Family rooms in motels are usually squishy with no room to move - this was spacious and well set out. didn’t feel like we were on top of each other at all

Entrance to the motel is hidden. Had to do two laps of the block to find it and enter. Turns out, sign was blocked from view by a parked caravan. Bigger entry sign please? Turns out I wasn't the only one, saw an elderly couple enter from the exit. Yeaaaaah....might want a bigger exit only sign too or else cars go smashy smashy.

The location is great and the rooms are roomy and clean. The Hotel next door is a great convenience for meals and drinks

A large group booking was very noisy until very late and then sat on a chair at our window very early talking loudly. I never normally complain about noise as we are occasionally late back to the room too but this group had no consideration. Forgot the room does not have hairdryers or microwaves.

The family room was great had a big fridge. Katie and all the staff were fantastic. Only thing I would of like were bigger coffee cups. Appreciated the bar snacks. Will definitely drop in and say hi one day xx

A simple room which was clean, convenient and well priced. Everything as expected.

The restaurant bistro was closed due to staff shortages. Other options are nearby. The crockery/cutlery is a collection of bits and pieces - still functional though

The location was superb so close to the foreshore. The room was comfortable and very clean. The pub parmigiana was fantastic and staff were very friendly.

Great Location near lake and other activities.Rooms were basic but clean and looked after.Being part of a hotel meant didn't have to go far for a meal.

Next to a wine bar which can get noisy on a Friday night. The hotel's bistro menu was limited in choice but good food
