The room was impeccably clean, the beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the overall aesthetics were highly pleasing. The inclusion of on-tap shower gels and hair washes was a refreshing change from the typical mini soaps provided by other establishments. Additionally, the option to have a second pillow was greatly appreciated, and its easy accessibility within the room meant I did not have to inconvenience the staff for an extra one.

The only aspect of our stay that we found less than satisfactory was the behaviour of some inconsiderate neighbours. One guest kept their air conditioner running all night, which was quite loud compared to the usual tranquillity we would expect.

Very large and clean rooms, comfortable bed. Clean bathroom with large shower space and great shower head and water pressure. Real milk in the fridge and inclusion of cutlery, plates, toaster etc was appreciated so we could provide our own breakfast/meals if we chose. Great value for money. New owners obviously working hard to fix any maintenance issues. Room service breakfast good and reasonably priced.

Rooms are dated, however as above, clean and comfortable. Onsite restaurant due to open soon - a fair walk or short drive into town to nearest cafe/restaurant. Addition of automated espresso coffee machine in reception area would be an improvement.

The room and bathroom were really big and clean. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are provided as well as cutlery, plates and bowls. There is parking right in front of the room.

We arrived 15 minutes before reception was supposed to close but no one was there anymore. There was no number or instruction for after hour check-in. After we found a phone number online we were put on hold and no one picked up the phone for a couple of minutes. However after we spoke to the person check in was quick and easy. We quickly ran out of toilet paper as it wasn’t refilled before our arrival.

Very friendly welcome. Room was of a good size, containing a large comfortable bed, along with table and chairs enabling work to be conducted. Bathroom was the only area where washing of items used for eating/drinking could be washed. Guests were, however, treated to a wonderful array of complimentary toiletries. Well located close to the main shopping centre.

Cold water pressure was considerable, making for adjustment of hot water (which took some time to arrive) an act of finessing to achieve an acceptable shower temperature.

Perfect location just off from the main street of the town. Friendly staff, clean room, room had a lot of space to move around. Shower was nice and big. Space for a dinner table for two in the room. Parking out front of the room. Laundry room to access and use. Shame the onsite restaurant was closed due to covid that would have been a nice touch. The pool looked nice. Easy process with the check in and check out. Would go back again. Some feedback for the future; the room is bland maybe some colour paint or pictures would be good. A two person lounge would have been tops. There is washing up liquid but no kitchen sink to wash dishes up in and even tho there is a brick wall against the bed we missed having a bedhead as the pillows kept falling off the bed.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Great location to explore Bega Valley, we stayed in a large room on the first floor. Even though the tap was leaking and the kettle didn't fit under the tap, overall we had a pleasant stay. Carpet could have been cleaned a bit better, there was some rubbish under the beds from former guests. The internet didn't work all the time. But it's a great place if you need a comfortable bed and good shower.

The room is a building built with bricks on outer walls, the room and bathroom are spacious. The room we stayed was ground level, it is easily accessible from car parking and has good space for couple to stay for a vacation trip.

The bathroom is bit older style but the space is a real plus to it. We still have olden style window AC with gives a lot of sound it does not have remote control so it was hard to operate. The modern wall mount AC with remote would have been excellent for the room

Lovely quiet location yet still just a short stroll into town. The room was very spacious with plenty of room for all one’s travel belongings, along with being well-appointed with table & chairs (both inside and out) and also, very importantly, pristinely clean. Best of all was the super comfortable bed in which I slept incredibly well. Will definitely stay here again on next required visit.

Can’t think of a thing, was great all around!

This is my parents and my 2nd stay at Bega Downs Motor Inn. The room was extremely clean, large and comfortable. We had a small table inside and a microwave and cutlery and crockery. The room was upgraded which we appreciated particularly as my elderly parents didn’t have to walk up stairs. The owners very friendly and approachable for any needs. The owners have a good knowledge of the area and events going on. To make the stay extra special was the owners left some Easter eggs at everyone’s door on Easter Sunday. A lovely touch especially for children. Activities and sightseeing are nearby. Plenty to do. The motel has a pool as well. shops are a few minutes away.

I have no complaints. I would recommend this motel.

had all the goodies you'd expect from a good motel but what impressed me most was the number of power poits scattered around the unit. Just beside my bed were four, and this is so useful if you have a CPAP machine.

Its an uphill wlk from town but not too bad
