The unit in general is great and comfy The caravan park is in a good location and everyday had something additional to offer as a mobile coffee trailer, snow cones, pizza trailer, movies on the grass, kids entertainment… we love the place and we come since 2021. Additionally the staff is very friendly and always try to accommodate our needs

The floor was really dirty, you only realised after walk barefoot However we didn’t need to use it, the top bunk bed had a bloody stain in the bed sheets

Although we only stayed for one night, we loved it. The kids had a swim in the heated pool and played in the games room. It was fantastic both things were open till 8pm. We loved our room, it literally had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Also it was so close to all the shops/Woolworths/restaurants etc. And to top it off, everyone was really helpful and friendly. Thank you, we will return!

I honestly can't fault anything! It was a fantastic stay, one of the best we have been to.

Pool was a massive draw card! kids loved all the activities and i was really impressed the mini gold, cricket, basketball was all FREE>

It wasn't clear when I booked that we were located right up the back of the park. I feel the floors weren't mopped clean, as we all had black soles of our feet from walking around the cabin.

Lovely well appointed 2 bedroom cabin was great with all facilities you would ever want - even your own BBQ We had a great stay - good location and just a short walk to town to the great Sapphire Club for dinner.

Originally booked a cabin for 1 night - but 3 days before we arrived I was advised it had been changed to a motel suite Called management and explained my position with our confirmed booking with Booking.com - was advised yes we could have a cabin but it would cost more - I did agree to this but the interaction just left me feeling uneasy. .

I've stayed in a lot of hotels before and this place is a cut above them all. Great unit - clean, large, and contained everything i needed for my stay. Great location - peaceful and everything close by (supermarket, restaurants, etc). Friendly staff, safe & secure - great for family stays also. Being honest, i really want to stay longer. Costs less than a hotel room, is better than a hotel room, & is like a home away from home. I will definitely be coming back here. Thanks, guys :-)

Great pet friendly cabin. Safe, secure and a little away from the busy part of the park. Had all the necessities and not just the oldest cabin in the park like you get in some places. Fabulous reception staff. So helpful with my mistakes, and rebooking.

Nothing you can do about it, but the nocturnal kangaroos were unsettling for our dog. But a great attraction for the guests :)

As someone who works in aquatics the pool and spa were relaxing to enjoy

Would like to see the ladder of the bunk beds placed somewhere more convenient. Made putting a sleeping child into bed very difficult and too hard for an adult to of slept in. Some cooking equipment could be upgraded eg- frying pan and cutlery. Also found cups in the cupboard that needed washing

I loved being able to take a short walk and see so much small wildlife. The staff willing accommodated my husbands mobility requirements. Well maintained. Well staffed.

No lounge in unit. The shower sprayed out onto the bathroom floor and it was constantly wet and slippery. A mop would have been handy.

Convenient stop off as we head north on a road trip, comfortable bed and nice space, good lighting.

The floors had a greasy substance on them that made them feel like they weren’t clean, not sure if it was the cleaner that was used but felt like we couldn’t walk around without shoes on.

Loved the Spa and pool and all the outdoor activities my daughter won a stuff toy from claw machine in the gaming area so she was stoked. The fire pit will be great when weather gets cold, staff were all amazing will definitely stay there again for sure

Ants and insects coming into the cabin luckily went to buy insect spray which definitely worked pretty well.
