The Imperial is located on the main street, close to many boutiques, cafes, homeware, gift shops & restaurants, although their own restaurant is exceptional! So, we didn't try anywhere else for dinner. Our room was very clean, not huge but accommodated 2 queen size beds as per our request, with adequate room to move around. Bathroom and all provided amenities were at a higher than comfortable standard. Their restaurant deserves an additional mention. Our meals were exceptional, not cheap, but at a high "pub" standard & they were very busy with what appeared to be locals. That is always a good sign! Staff at reception were SO friendly & accommodating, as were everyone with whom we had contact within the facility. Did not hear any traffic & slept like babies!!

We both cannot think of anything we were not happy with. Staff were very friendly & obliging; parking was close to the unit. Air con worked perfectly, as did TV. SO many lovely cafes were only a cruisy walk to have breakfast along Bong Bong Street. We tried Raw & Wild, a short stroll from the Imperial, were not disappointed.

The room was as expected - a pleasantly furnished large motel room; nothing spectacular. Everything (TV, wifi etc) worked as it should. Had a very nice lunch in the attached pub. The motel was well located just a short walk from Bowral Station and close to all the shops. The room was on the ground floor and quiet - we were not disturbed by cars or noise in the car park at all.

It's pretty expensive for what you get. $240 a night for a motel room is quite a lot but I guess the fact it's in Bowral, it was a weekend and our stay was close to Tulip Time means they can charge what they like. The room had zero outlook, it was quite dark and there was nowhere to sit outside. Also no microwave was provided in the room which would have been nice to have at that price point.

Perfect location right in town and lovely coffee shop and donut shop close by. Walking distance to Coles. Would of been fantastic for walking around but the icy chill was too much so we drove everywhere. Beds super comfy and we could hardly hear outside or next room noise, obviously thick walls :} It has a beautiful warm fireplace in main hotel. Accommodation is not actually connected to main building which is good. Visit the Bradman Museum...you'll be blown away!

Only thing was the entrance door was not sealed properly, not good when you have heat escaping. I'm sure their electricity bill would be higher because of this.

You had a great time staying at Imperial motel we especially loved eating at the bistro for dinner with really great food and drinks. The room was large. Very nice large TV. Very comfortable bed and nice and clean. It was a very easy check in very kind and helpful staff, the location is amazing very close to lots of shops and things to do in Bowral.

We noticed it could get quite loud during the night. We could hear people outside the door and in the bistro downstairs.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at the Imperial Hotel. We had a pleasant stay. Rooms are large and comfortable. The bed was a medium firmness which was perfect. We enjoyed dinner in the Hotel, the menu was extensive and it was hard to decide what to eat. The food from the Bistro and Pizza restaurant was delicious!

Lighting could be better in the room and people leaving early or returning late woke us up, so it was a little noisy, but all in all we would stay again.

The hotel and restaurant, great pizza were a great option for an overnight stay - the bed was comfortable and clean.

We had asked for an accessible room on the ground floor and unfortunately had to climb stairs to get to the room as the staff indicated that this hadn't be noted - so this is something that needs to be checked as we had problems getting to the room.

Motel is conveniently near railway station. The motel is behind a pub so if you arrive early, pub meals would be available before kitchen closes.

There were no drinking glasses I could find. The motel didn’t offer a breakfast menu, and because we had to leave early, nearby cafes weren’t open. So we had to get a taxi to a McDonald’s that was open at 6 am. There were no snack vending machines around and as we arrived late, we couldn’t find anywhere nearby to get a decent meal.

Immaculate, fantastic bed linen lots of large new white towels iron hair dryer everything in the room table and chairs and couch fridge can’t fault a thing

Would have liked a simple full length mirror inside cupboard door - we were going to a wedding wanted to check out outfit. That was not essential there was an adequate mirroring the room a stronger light in bathroom to put on make up also not essential We were really happy with everything and the location with charming friendly eateries

Free wifi in the room with good connectivity. Free netflix in the room. Car parking at the motel but motel is next to a larger public carpark so there's always space to park your car. We went for a late night stroll around the suburb and felt safe. The motel was located in the heart of the hustle and bustle but also a quiet residential area. The motel was at the back of the pub, a good distance away from the crowds. This motel is close to all the boutique shops, op shops and cafes making it very easy to walk to everything - no need to drive your car around during the day. The room was value for money. We paid $100 less than all the other guests attending a wedding. We saw their rooms - they were very modern but super tiny with barely any space for suitcases. Our room at the Imperial was HUGE (twice the size). I highly recommend staying here.

First time stayed here in Bowral. Could not fault our stay. Room was spacious and clean with the sofa and table and chairs. Accommodation is in excellent position at the northern end of the main road so easy walk to surrounding shops etc. Considering the cost of accommodation now the cost for our room was excellent and will be staying here again when we come to Bowral for any occassion

Only the inconsiderate guests next door barging into their room at 12am making a heap of noise.
