Very happy with our stay at the Silver Haven Motel. Situated across the road from the main reception, we were promptly met on check in due to arriving on our Motorbike soaked and directed across the road. Older style exterior however the inside has been tastefully updated. Very clean and tidy. Contained all facilities we needed. An easy 10 minute walk to the main street area.

Drainage was poor in the shower and basin.

The location was perfect, the room was very pleasant, I found the bed very comfortable, I found the staff very friendly and approachable. I didn't get to try out the swimming pool because the weather was a bit too cold to go swimming.

The only thing I didn't like was the noisy neighbor's that were leaving early in the morning and insisted on slamming doors, not once but five times, and not taking other people sleeping into consideration. This is no reflection on the motel itself just inconsiderate people.

Everything was clean and fresh. Plenty of complementary supplies and we only had to ask if we needed more. Beds were very comfortable and the linens felt amazing. Staff were always helpful and friendly .

Could have done with a couple of extra bath mats. Also full length mirror inside the wardrobe door would have helped as we were three woman trying to get ready for a birthday party. And our door lock was a bit hard to open. But none of that is too big a deal.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Dinner at the in house restaurant was a very good experience with a good choice of food and wine also attentive waiting staff.

The room was not really wheelchair friendly and the bathroom was very "squeezy". We could also easily hear the conversations of the people next door.

Location, and has a restaurant as well on site. There’s a pub across the road. The bed was comfy, the room really clean and the bathroom had a great shower and nice towels. The linen was new on the bed too. Staff were really friendly. Nice people. I’d stay again - was convenient and comfortable at a great price.

Location good and easy to find. Hotel contacted us by text , unfortunately due to lack of phone reception, didnt get the text until we got into Broken Hill but the directions on the text were easy to follow and checking in was easy enough. Room much nicer inside than what it looks from the outside!

Too cold to swim in the pool. Reception was already closed when we got there and had thought there was a restaurant there?

This is my preferred accommodation when i travel to Broken Hill. I like the staff. They cater to my requirements. My preference is the units across the street. plenty of room.

Beds are hard. Its manageable for 3-4 days. I'd still return

Staff were super helpful and made signing in very easy. The water pressure in the shower was outstanding, great to wash off the red dust after a day of adventuring.

Single beds are standard size which is ok unless you are tall, in which case your feet will hang over the end.

The location was great for a small group of mates looking to enjoy the town over a couple of beers. Opposite a pretty good pub where the meals were great. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. Somewhere i would return with my family.

We found our room very comfortable and clean. It was only a short walk to the area of town with restaurants. Even though we had a car, we wandered into town for dinner.

It would have been great to just have a couple of bowls and spoons as we brought our own breakfast and there was a microwave so I was expecting some basic cutlery and crockery.
