The receptionist when I arrived was very welcoming & warm. She was absolutely lovely & put a smile on my face after a long day. The cleaners were absol lovely too! I kept the do not disturb sign on our door as we were doing our washing & just washed the towels we used instead of getting new ones but she caught us leaving one day & said we should just let her replace the towels since we're on holiday. Got back to not just fresh towels but she cleaned up after us, out the dishes in the dishwasher & made our beds. Absolutely loved our experience there.

A scrub brush or sponge for the dishes as we cooked while there & perhaps bigger bins. But not highly important 🤷‍♀️

3-bedroom apartment with decent size kitchen very spacious perfect for big families Comfortable beds and apartment very clean and tidy. Very quiet had no issues with noise Amazing staff! Everyone was friendly and welcoming especially staff from reception when greeted for an early and quick check-in so we could settle in and the kitchen staff preparing breakfast were so attentive and made us feel at home. I recommend the buffet breakfast food was great! Perfect location very close to food outlets walking distance literally right across the street. Shopping malls close by 5mins drive and public transport walking distance. Very close to main highways easy to get around.

No faults had no issues whatsoever!

Enjoyed a 1 BR apartment stopping over while travelling on a long trip. Bed was very comfortable, rooms clean. Kitchen more than adequate with large fridge etc. Bathroom good size and extremely clean. Would stay again to break up the trip travelling through Sydney.

We didn't know the hotel allowed pets and the lounge itself smelt like dogs. We would ask for a pet-free room next time. We choose not to travel with pets so I think this should be an option to choose when booking online.

The rooms were massive and really well serviced. We were two travelling friends, for a wedding, and were put in an adjoining room configuration. It was such high standard and a real surprise. Also, and this is the best part, the staff were SO friendly and accommodating. We were surprised by how fantastic is all was.. and the location is pretty good. You're surrounded by food and a short drive to shops/train station. The main road got a bit loud with 'hoons' at night, but honestly it wasn't that big of a deal. Parking is also great - super easy and safe.

There's nothing that we didn't like. We didn't use any of the facilities other than a balcony, and didn't eat there, so can't speak to that.

The room was very clean. The staff were just excellent very friendly and helpful, from our arrival until we left and including the greeting from the lovely cleaning lady, who was extremely sweet. The breakfast was just amazing for the price, and the breakfast lady was just so lovely, very helpful and friendly. We had all we needed. I loved the location with all the take away food in walking distance.

That we had to pay for parking

Location - we were there for a funeral and services were held in Campbelltown. We were on the 4th floor so had great views. Room - 3 bedrooms so everyone got a room each. Breakfast included - we didn't have time to eat as our funeral service was early but staff allowed us to takeaway some muffins and fruit. The lovely lady serving in the kitchen was very helpful and kind.

We parked near the entrance to the lifts. Understandably renovations are going on but there were a few too many lying around, bit of an eye sore.

How easy it was to check in with my little family. How close everything was. Loved how clean the apartment was. Was the best apartment I've ever stayed in. 3 bedroom apartment plus 2 toilets shower and bath. Loved how there was a dryer and washing machine. Also disher and air con in every room.

Need more cooking utensils like a frying pan and a little pot. The courtyard could of been more entertaining by giving it more attention with outdoor decorations with lights or fake grass and BBQ. The area needs to be more alive. But other than that we enjoyed the stay!

Room was really big and loved the separate bedroom.

My only issue was that there was no grass or direct access to grass on Level 1 where the dog friendly rooms are located. I had to carry my elderly dog down the car ramp and outside. Its ok but I just didn't feel comfortable letting him go around people's parked cars! Also our first stay our room was supposed to have direct access to the carpark but it didn't, however that was rectified on our return journey. Room 105A was perfect.

We did not eat breakfast provided by Quest. We brought our own. The apartment was comfortable overall. The kitchen and bathroom were really good. Good sized dining table with comfortable chairs, a nice big TV and comfy lounge. Really nice having a balcony too, being able to open the door for fresh air. Relatively quiet too, considering it’s in a busy area.

The bed was a little on the hard side and the bottom sheet did not reach the end of the bed so it kept tucking up as we slept.

We had a 2 room apartment which is essentially two separate interconnected apartments - one large and one small. The arrangment was very suitable as we were travelling with parents so we get some privacy too. There was kitchenette with clean dishes and bowls. The bigger apartment has a dishwasher as well which is handy.

The toilet exhaust in the small apartment was very weak and couldn't manage to remove the odours and shower steam build up.
