Comfortable beds. The apartment was very clean. Had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. TV had great reception. Good blockout curtains in bedrooms.

We experienced a lot of noise at 3am to 5am in the morning. So loud that you could not sleep. People upstairs thumping around, opening and closing cupboards. It was unbearable for those 2 hours. Shower door would not close as seal perished underneath and this was a little annoying. I think when people book upstairs rooms that they should be reminded to be mindful of how the noise carries to the units underneath.

ROOM WAS GREAT, CLEAN AND VERY SPACIOUS. CAN NOT FAULT. IT HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED FOR OUR STAY OVER CHRISTMAS DAY.

POOL WATER TOO WARM. COULD NOT COOL DOWN. I WOULD ALSO SUGGEST A COUPLE OF SHADE SAILS FOR SUN PROTECTION OVER POOL AREA. ALSO WOULD IMPROVE LOOKS TO BARE WHEN YOU LOOK OUT THERE. WE WERE IN ROOM 105 0R SOMETHING, UP STARS IN STAR WELL, THE ONLY THING WAS PEOPLE COMING AND GOING ALL HOURS OFF DAY AND NIGHT. THE THING IS THEY WOULD JUST LET THE GATE SLAM. ALL GOOD IN THE DAY BUT NIGHT IS NOT GOOD. JUST NO RESPECT FROM PEOPLE IN THE FRONT ROOMS CLOSEST TO OFFICE. PARKING SPACES TO NARROW ALSO. YOU SUPPLY TEA COFFEE MILK SUGER BUT NO SALT AND PEPPER. SHOULD CONSIDER JUST TO GET PEOPLE OUTTA TROUBLE.

Left 2 adult females + 1 adult male with only 1 spare roll of toilet paper apart from used roll on dispenser to last us 3 days so had to go to supermarket to buy 2 extra rolls & we left 1 remaining on departure. Also a used towel was hanging on the end of the railing on the verandah adjacent to poolside area from time of arrival until time of departure which was not from our use.

Everything was clean. Tasteful decor. We had a ground floor unit which was close to our car. Very convenient. The pool looked nice but we didn't use it due to limitations in our time etc. Nice range of teas available to drink. I like that this unit is equipped with bulk shampoo/conditioner and body wash dispensers instead of supplying small plastic bottles of product.

Very noisy exhaust fan in the shower which is on the same switch as the light. It sounds like a helicopter is landing on the roof while you're trying to have a shower. We had to leave the light off and use an alternative light source.

I really liked that they had a salt water pool instead of a chlorinated pool, so much better for overall health and young children. I really appreciated how clean the rooms were & how friendly and helpful the staff were. I will definitely be staying here again.

The only thing that I didn’t like was the sizing of the car parks they were quite small and hard to secure a park throughout the day. Maybe numbering the car parks might be helpful to ensure people don’t take up more than one space at a time.

Hi there. The whole experience was wonderful. From booking, receiving check in details, to customer service via phone, to the welcome into a clean room, great location and just a wonderful vibe. Parking is bit tight at times when other drivers don't park properly, otherwise it's not a dilemma.

Room 102- ground floor. Comfortable and newly renovated 1- bedroom apartment on ground floor.. Well equipped + good layout.  Ample space + storage and well-equipped for short stays. Comfortable, bed (firm) and pillows.. On-site parking (covered) wasn't a problem - sufficient space to manoeuvre, carefully! Excellent location: 2 mins walk to Beach . Cafe on corner. Pub nearby.  5 mins walk to fine dining restaurant (99 on Park), Shopping centre 5 mins drive

Road noise in morning especially after 7am.

Great location - across the road from Park Beach and walking distance to Hoey Moey Pub and the Park Beach Bowling Club. Unit was clean and tidy and well appointed with both air con in the lounge room and a fan in the bedroom. Shower was hot and strong. Pool was a great touch after a day exploring.

Parking is tight - but under cover. Other than than, there was not much to complain about!

Perfect for an overnight stay, we had a 'traveller room'. It was clean and uncluttered. The bathroom was well designed. There was a microwave, kettle and a nespresso coffee machine with 4 coffee pods. Close to the 'hoey moey' for dinner.

We had difficulty finding our room, but only because we didn't notice the property map... which was right in front of us.

This was our 1 night midway stop between Sydney & Brisbane and I’m glad we elected to stay here. The 2 br apartment was clean & spacious. Beds were comfortable & bathroom and toilet were nice & clean. 1 QS & 2 S beds. Shampoo & soap provided. Self check in. Close to beach and shops. Would definitely recommend this to anyone.
