Great friendly service and a manager who bent over backwards to accommodate us. He couldn't manage two rooms together because we wanted them on the ground floor, however, we were close enough. Clean and tidy hotel with lovely refurbished bathrooms, great showers and hot water aplenty. Rooms do not have everything supplied on arrival, but hairdryers, plates and bowls can be requested and delivered without fuss. The rooms are quite small and compact, which is fine for us, but others might prefer larger.

We travel a lot for country shows to compete and judge. We find that there are a lot of work people/tradies who stay in the same hotels. They don't tend to party hard but they never seem to be aware that anyone would like to sleep later they they do and can be noisy around 6am. This is not a criticism of this hotel, but it is something that country visitors need to expect.

The location was in a quiet location - the staff were "more" than helpful and accomodating and the room was clean and well appointed. Staff able to help with "local" info on things.

Like always when the Motel is fairly full there is chance of others not "too" worried about other guests but it was NOT an issue. All the same the staff were onto it promptly which was appreciated.

Room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and warm. Heater worked well, room was warm, it was cold outside. Quiet and no traffic noise. Shower was great with nice hot water and good pressure. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Room was small. Ensuite was small and a largish person may find it a bit tight. Bench with microwave and kettle was a bit short on space while using.

Very friendly lady in reception. Rooms small but very clean and renovated nicely. Great shower. Not walking distance to the shopping centre but only a few minutes in the car. Quiet location. Very good value for money.

I didn't sleep well because unfortunately I'm not a good sleeper at the best of times and found the bed to be a little firm for my liking. Not the motels fault it's just I prefer a softer bed. Staying again in a couple of weeks, have asked for a different room and hoping the bed is not so firm in the new room

Friendly country hospitality , Free parking right outside my door, Free wifi , very comfortable room, had all i needed for an overnight stay, lovely host very friendly and accommodating- tried out a local cafe suggested in the guest book- Helens cafe lovely food, in Cootamundra - would stay again

Staff very pleasant and obliging. Parking outside door. Very quiet. A short drive to town. Room was compact but adequate for a one night stay.

Bit of a tight squeeze in room, definitely only a one night stay in the room we had.

This is a budget style hotel. Very clean and comfortable.

This is not about the hotel itself. Other guests talked loud and used inappropriate language outside the rooms until very late in the evening In the early morning they smoked in the outside area causing the stench of cigarettes to come into our room. We left at 5:00am in frustration

A smaller,locally run business.The staff are friendly,hospitable and very helpful with all requests.l enjoyed the fact that they went out of their way to ensure your comfort,security,needs and were only to helpful with local knowledge and directions.

An older style motel but room was tastefully renovated. Clean and modern bathroom, great shower. Although small it had everything you needed - great aircon, MWO, table/chairs. Outdoor BBQ. Staff friendly and helpful. Quiet location.

For me, the bed could have been a bit softer - but everything else was great.

The room was exceptionally clean, with a lovely - though small- beautifully updated bathroom and toilet. The heating was excellent as it was warm and quiet. The beds were very comfortable. The owner/manager was very pleasant and welcoming. It was a quiet location.

The room needed an update - which I understand is being planned - and our room was rather small.
