Location is great as it is close to shops, the museum, the lookout and wharf. Good Restaurants are stone throw away. Room is spacious and as advertised. Our room was on the first floor, very accessible as we would leave early and arrive late arvo.

shower heads are a bit dirty and needs a little bit more thorough cleaning, even the carpets under the beds are dusty (not really sure if beds were fixed hence why difficult to clean). Clearance for parking too low as we have a roof box on top of our suv. We had to go for street parking and it was quite inconvenient to transfer our stuff in and out of the car, very minor tho as we have been lucky to access the street parking just in front of the property.

Great location, very convenient to a variety of good restaurants, scenery, and things to do. The king room was very spacious with a very comfortable bed, a couch, and a dining table, clean and quiet. Check in was easy and friendly. The location is great, right in the heart of town and water views from the balcony. The two horses next door are a treat! Bathroom and kitchenette were dated but impeccably clean. Lovely place which i highly recommend.

The room was very spacious, the facilities very comfortable and the location excellent. We were sad to only have the time to stay one night. Will definitely stay again when we get a chance to go back to Eden.

The only real issue was the shower door leaks and floods the floor of the bathroom, but it's my understanding that the hotel is being gradually renovated/updated & that this will be rectified.

Location & view was good, staff were friendly & helpful.

Some facilities were a bit tired & needed attention. The toilet cistern sometimes overfilled, with water audibly running down the overflow at night, possibly due to silt in water. Due to powerpoint locations I asked to borrow an extension cord for cpap m/c but was advised not possible due to insurance regulations, so had to purchase one locally.

Great location & easy check in. Comfortable & spacious rooms. Great views from the property of the coast & ocean as well. Perfect budget accomodation.

Overall we had a great stay. The only small issue was that the hot water took a very long time, making us think we didn't have any but it just took its time. Shower was nice and hot!

The location was within walking distance to pub, Thai, Chinese Restaurants, Fish, and chip shop all in that block. Lovely views from the front doors of rooms. Great place to do whale watching and explore Whale Museum.

We didn't allow more time here, and we will plan to come again.

We made a mistake in the initial booking dates and despite many requests to the booking agent and the motel manager a month prior our March booking was never cancelled nor our full payment refunded. Very disappointing!!😡

Location was really nice with sea views from the balcony , toilets and spa in the bathroom was really nice

Cleanliness was not that great specially tidying the room, we requested for the room to be tidy by hanging the tag on the door but bed was not prepared on both occasions

the room was excellent very clean and comfortable. the motel was located very close to main shops and bus stop. walking distance to the beach and other places of interest.

I thought the rooms get done daily. that did not happened. may be I am mistaken about the rooms been done daily
