The location is brilliant! We had a ground floor apartment with a beautiful view. Very comfortable bed, nice linen, fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. Easy parking. Very spacious. Comfy couches. I made a mistake with departure and the hostess could not have been more understanding. She is truly delightful, with nothing too much trouble. I would definitely come again!

The fridge was very loud in its cycle. The vanity tap was difficult to control...occasionally the water shot out with force wetting me. Minor things compared with the rest of the excellence!

Kim was great. Apartment was spacious, clean and very close to the lake with views. It was quiet and just a lovely place to stay. We felt immediately comfortable and very happy with our apartment. Thanks for a great weekend on the south coast, we’ll be back.

Easily confused with the building across the road when arriving in the dark. Same name, no number outside the one across the road (No 14), so we went to the wrong building in the dark. Luckily Kim the manager had warned us, but it was disconcerting!

Peaceful location overlooking beautiful lake and surrounds. Being on Fishpen its in a great location. Accommodation was very well maintained (in fact spotless) and had everything you could think of. Gardens are very well maintained too. The managers were very welcoming and friendly. We've stayed here before and we'll be back!

Just a minor issue for the cooler Winter evenings - the only heating is in lounge area so doesn't reach the bedrooms so well unless you crank it up.

Location, cleanliness, excellent kitchen and view of the lake! The shower is great and spacious, even for two people. The fans in the room and living room are great and soo quiet, thank goodness I couldn’t hear them in my sleep! Friendly, great staff and definitely a great value property.

Check out is too early, 9 am, staff was nice to extend to 10 am but still too early. Also, no blender in the kitchen, but everything else is there!

The location was excellent with views across the lake from the room and the front courtyard. The bed and lounge area were very comfortable and the kitchenette was well equipped. Staff were friendly and very helpful when we needed assistance.

There was nothing that we were disappointed with.

The apartment was very clean and spacious with a great view of the lake. The unit was well equipped with kitchen equipment for every need. The unit was within good walking distance from the town shops and cafes and it is also close to the beach.

Only thing missing was a box of tissues in room 3 which could have been taken away by the previous users given the attention to detail in all aspects of the unit

Beautiful location with beach and espresso bar at end of street. Balcony overlooking lake, walking paths and birdlife.

Some signage might be helpful to prevent children skateboarding on rear balconies.. although lovely to see children enjoying themselves.

It was in a great location with amazing views. Nice modern facilities. Within walking distance to everything.

Would have preferred our own bbq on the balcony. Parking was a bit tight.

The friendly hospitality from Kim and Ben, the rooms were exceptional, very clean with everything you need. The location is superb!

Excellent views of water ways and abundant bird life. A sheltered beach is very close and the serenity. Cafes close to the apartment were very good.

The weather, unfortunately it rained a few days.
