Genuine care taken by the management team for their guests. A great apartment and facilities, nice restaurant on site, awesome location with everything on the doorstep - beach, shops, restaurants a short walk. Fun pickleball court! Amazing pools with lagoon, lap, spa, and steam room! Plenty supply of towels.

A group parting at the pool all night on a couple of nights. The venue has a no parties rule, but may need to enforce it.

Beautiful apartment in a great location. Generally quiet but close to everything. All staff were friendly & helpful. Loved the 2 pools and my daily walks on the beach & boardwalk. Lennox Head has a really homely community vibe. Lots of food options for a small place. Great base to visit Byron Bay from, if you prefer to stay in a more peaceful location. I didn’t want to leave. Will definitely be back! Thank you :)

Minor things, but for a 2.5 week stay, they’d have made a big difference… Giving a heads up about the daily leaf-blower would have been appreciated, as it was kind of noisy & disruptive while I was working remotely. Using the dishwasher isn’t economical for 1 person so having some washing up liquid would be helpful, as well as not be limited to 1 toilet roll per week, especially when it’s not the best quality. If expecting everyone to take their own recycling to the bins it would be great to provide mini crates to make this an easier process. :)

Good size living area & balcony. Comfortable sofas & beds.

Single-ply toilet paper & single-ply tissues. Is it really necessary to save a dollar or 2 by providing the lowest quality toilet paper & tissues? Lack of serving platers & bowls in the kitchen. Mis-matching, & mega sized wine glasses. No scissors. Lack of appropriate cooking saucepans (and lids) Poor quality dishwashing liquid & only 1 small sachet. All these things detract from what is overall a lovely apartment. The dining table and chairs hadn’t been properly cleaned. Grime on one of chair backs. And the cleaning product was smeared over the table. Not a good look.

Lennox Beach resort is a beautiful spot at the end of town, close to shops, beach and everything you need. The resort is immaculate, all facilities are kept spotless and the apartment was the same. the pool, spa and steam roomed was used daily by the kids and us. also the pickle ball court was heaps of fun. Our 2 bedroom apartment was very well appointed and spacious with everything we needed. it was so nice to be in a self contained accomodation that has ample plates, cutlery, glassware etc. The beds were so comfortable! we will definitely be back and would highly recommend to friends.

Only suggestion is for the pickle ball court to be available for use beyond 5pm. apart from that I have nothing but great things to say about the resort. Leah and the team were amazing and so friendly. thank you!

The location is off the main road so not noisy. A street behind the beach road and so close to all the shops.Pool and pickle ball court close by for use. Balcony where little ones could play safely for families. Spa bath too. Awesome!!! Room was sooooooo clean!!!! Spacious room and everything was there for comfort, kitchen, en suite, bathroom, two bedrooms, laundry facilities in the room and plenty of cupboard space.

The beds are too soft for us.

Love the top level apt unit It was also a corner unit so we had unblocked views all round. Very spacious apartment. Woke up to sunrise right in front of the living room balcony.! Fantastic! Owner/mgt were very helpful. Apologies I didn't get the names. Probably it was Jeremy who passed us the keys when we arrive late afternoon. He also showed us the way to the apt and helped carry my big luggage! Many thanks, much appreciated ! We asked for extended checkout and it was also kindly accommodated after they confirmed it was possible. That was a bonus! Many thanks to the team at Reception on some requests as well. Location was perfect. With easy access to the beach, eateries and grocers. Also short 10-15 , min drive to the other lovely beaches and coastal walks.. We were also visiting family in East Ballina and Lennox resort was within a 10 min drive. Well equipped kitchenette to cook a few simple meals if you intend to.. My husband and I truly enjoyed the 5 night stay at Lennox resort. Have shared several photos with family and friends! We would certainly love to come back again.

Just a minor point on the mattress on the queen bed. A little soft and squeaky at some parts. Many steps to climb but we're still ok to do that (for now!). Well worth it. More challenging if you need help with steps.

Whilst we didn’t use any of the facilities the pools were in excellent condition and it had a steam room amongst other things. Has a number of resident Lizards the boss of them was Marvin he kept all of the other lizards in line. Also had a few very friendly magpies that came to greet us each morning. We also had a reasonable view from our balcony and saw many whales in the distance. The staff gave us a number of recommendations for dinner and we were very pleased with the two we had dinner at. The Thai Restaurant just at the end of the street was fantastic and the Italian one toward the north end of the Main Street was spectacular.

It was a mission to get to our room from the underground car park, we were on level two and we had to traverse a number of stairs, up and down, to get to our room. We decided it would be easier to pack the things we needed into shopping bags rather than try to navigate the stairs with our suitcases. We didn’t see this as a big problem though. It should be noted that the majority of the rooms are easy to access.

This resort was perfect for a family of 4 (2 asilts and 2 children). The apartment had everything we needed and more, it was nicely renovated. The grounds were immaculately kept and the kids didn’t want to get out of the swimming pools. All staff we interacted with were super friendly and helpful.

We loved our stay at this resort. Lots of stairs to get to room, but we were okay with that. We had the most amazing view from our room … loved the jacuzzi tub on balcony. Would definitely stay here again. Staff was so friendly… made us feel so welcome. The Chinese restaurant on premise (Iwok) was excellent as well.

I love the staff, owners and the resort itself. There is a friendly family of water dragons that sun themselves throughout the facility and that my sons loves to study and tell people about.

Not much, if there is any issue the amazing resort staff are always on hand to help out.
