Everything about the property right down to the tiny details, the spacious, light filled apartments, the amazing views from the apartment, the super friendly accommodating staff, the ocean/lake views from the balcony and great outdoor seating were superb in creating a waterfront dining experience better than eating out, breakfast, lunch and dinner with a view no matter the elements as you watched, boats, looked at oyster farmers, saw cute seals everyday from the balcony, stingrays, and lovely bird life, ocean and wildlife right on your doorstep, location is superb, walking distance to all as well as short driving distance to close seaside towns. Will definitely return great value for money.

The location of this property was excellent, with very easy access to shopping, local attractions and restaurants. This holiday was for relaxation so we wanted comfortable accommodation, views to enjoy and everything at our fingertips. Our stay was during winter but inclement weather was not a drawback - our unit was well heated with plenty of comfy couches to curl up on to watch the world go by. Undercover, designated parking was appreciated, as was the washing machine and dryer in the apartment. Altogether a great week’s stay!

Great location. Very clean, comfortable and well maintained apartment with excellent facilities, comfy couches and big screen t.v. Wonderful relaxing view over the water and easy walk to restaurants, cafe’s, shops and supermarkets. Secure under cover basement car parking and lift access to apartments from car park. Helpful staff as arrival was outside office hours. Loved our stay.

The apartment and amenities were exactly as advertised, which is often not the case. It was spacious, very clean and everything you might need in the kitchen was available. Of note, the towels were good quality and the pillows were nice and supportive. I was surprised to see they also had pillow protectors. The booking process was trouble free and on the day of my arrival I received a voicemail and text message about how to access the complex. I would highly recommend staying at Albacore Apartments.

We had a wonderful stay at Abacore Apartments. Our apartment was beautful. It was well appointed with comfy furniture, a spacious kitchen, fantastic bathrooms and comfortable beds. We had a fabulous view over the lake and we enjoyed the balcony in all weathers!. The units are close to everything in Merimbula - in fact a perfect location to enjoy alll that the town has to offer. We have stayed in Merimbula many times. This was the most attractive and comfortable place we have ever stayed in. Thank you for a great holday.

Firstly the location, it was beautiful, clean and spacious apartment.

Light outside room wasn’t working hard to see the key lock to enter lucky for technology mobile torch. The light on the balcony also not working couldn’t sit outside in the evening. Didn’t bother to say anything as it was late and we don’t bother to follow up on it either. The lift is to slow took for ever to get to level 5, and the underground parking needs more lights.

Being offered a 2 bedroom unit on an upper floor compared with a 1 bedroom studio unit on the ground floor was appreciated. Late check in was well organised and arranged via phone calls while we travelled. Secure parking on site was great. Lifts were excellent. As i am in charge of laundry duty on all of our holidays, a fully equipped laundry is always on my list of requirements!! Well done.

I don't think that the Spa was working in our unit, as per the signs, perhaps we should have asked at reception, or this should have been communicated to us as we upgraded our accommodation.

Amazing view from a large balcony. Found the location nice and central allowing you to walk to most locations while leaving the car parked in an undercover and secure garage. Large roomy apartment which was lovely.

Initially our bed was too firm, once we received the pillow top for the bed from the Albacore team we were fine. Even though the location is central it can be a little noisy due to vehicle road noise.

We have stayed at Albacore for many years and just love the location, the view is stunning and an easy walk in to the main town centre. There are some great cafes and restaurants. The RSL Coral Sea restaurant is very good but need to book a time slot. If you like fishing hire a little runner and get your catch.

Having to leave to come home.

Very conveniently located within a few minutes walk of the main strip of shops and eateries. Beautiful views over Merimbula Lake. Clean and well appointed rooms with an extra large living space - perfect for families.

Just a small thing - a warmer light for the bathroom (it is bright fluro white). Separate fan switch would be useful in the bathroom too. A fry pan would be a great addition to the kitchen utensils selection too.
