Rob the owner is extremely accommodating and friendly! Made us feel very welcome. Our room was so cosy and comfortable. The bed was amazing! The spa bath in our room was awesome too. Everything was clean. Lovely views from the back window in the room, so peaceful to wake up to. Location is on point. A 5-10 minute walk to shops or a 2 minute drive. Very convenient. Bakery is across the road which make great coffee! The outdoor pool and the spa in the bathing room was amazing, felt like I was in a Bali resort, great value for money. 😀 Thank you! Will be back!!

Location was great. Walking distance to some good food and sights if you don’t want to jump in the car. The rooms are clean and the staff are lovely. The pool area is kept well maintained.

They close the sauna/spa area at 8pm which is a bit sad. The restaurant area is also closed at the moment so that’s also a bit of a downer if you didn’t feel like leaving the complex to eat. They are under going a change of ownership so the grounds are not looking their best. They advertise that it’s adults only but yet there were two families with young children when we stayed there so maybe that’s changing with the new owners.

Would be nice to have sn on-site coffee option ie. Coffee pod machine in room, or coffee machine in reception . ( there is a bakery across thd highway, but really you need a coffee to get there 😄). If I stayed again I would bring some cold brewed coffee maybe, but no microwave in the room. No spa on-site,, need to be booked to come. Overall, it was a lovely well run resort !

The place was extremely relaxing, and had an amazing peaceful aura. We loved the spa in the room, and the fact that it was situated in front of a window at the back of the room, overlooking bushland - so we could have the feeling of being in nature, while still being totally private. Rooms were large and clean, and overall we loved our stay.

The restaurant and the bar were both not operating, and seem to have semi-permanently closed down. We still had a great time, but photos of food and cocktails should probably be removed from the website, as it gives the impression they are available when that's not the case.

Loved the pool area, the outdoor pool wasn’t warm enough to swim in even on hot days unfortunately but it was beautiful to sit around in the sun with some music and drinks!

The roof above the shower was dripping (believed to have a leak in pipe maybe) The lights above the spa bath didn’t both work. The outdoor pool wasn’t heated so I wasn’t able to use even on a warm day & there was way to many prickles in the grass area next to the pool, which isn’t ideal as usually you’ll walk around shoeless!

Clean working spa bath in room. Comfortable bed. Generous lounge space. Reception staff very helpful, friendly and responsive. Clean and accessible facilities in general. Sufficient free parking spaces in front of rooms. Walking distance to the supermarket, convenience store, bakery, cafes and restaurants.

Mosquitoes, large ants and bugs in the outdoor areas / outdoor pool but that's expected.

It was our 30th Wedding Anniversary and the staff up graded us to a King deluxe room. Fire place was lovely. didn’t use the big spa, but did go over to the Roman spa. the room was clean and had supplies. They even had little touches such as free water, chocolate and chips for you.I found the mattress quite firm and the bed cold (no electric blanket) so I got up and put the blanket on us, fell asleep after that. Thank you to the team for their up grade gift.

nice and peaceful place to stay at. the bed was sooo comfortable! a lot of reviews complain about it being outdated but for the price i think it’s pretty good! I wish the restaurant/bar was open! hopefully soon they start up again I will be back!

I think my biggest complaint would be that the windows/sliding doors in the room really need to be cleaned. they’re covered in cob webs/sticks/leaves etc and the glass is pretty dirty. when you’re sitting in the spa or have the blinds open for the sliding door, it would be nicer if the windows were cleaner! but I do understand that the layout of the windows/back of the building may not allow you to be able to clean them from the outside!

The room had a spa,which was great,but because of recent floods I think it affected the water which was brown,but put a bath bomb in and all 😎 cool. The rooms were very clean,the bed was really comfortable and the staff were really nice. We had a massage which was awesome and not pre booked but they were able to accommodate us,which was great. The hotel was near local shops for a coffee and a great feed! The bowling club is walking distance,but cabs buses etc are bookable👍 So all in all we had a great stay! Ps,hotel is on the mainstreet,and 1 night there was some idiots dropping burnouts,didn't last long,but woke us up,otherwise it was nice and quiet👍

Because of recent floods the mozzie and insects were unbelievable,definitely need Bushmans/Aeroguard! Otherwise I had no other complaints

I didn’t have breakfast but the location was great bed was super comfy I was cold in the night and added a blanket and used the heater which worked great.

The fridge was super noisy I had to switch it off so I could sleep and the TV wouldn’t change channels I’m not a great sleeper at the best of times so the tv gets me through so it was very annoying thank god for my phone 🤣 I did let the desk know when I left I’m not upset but they do need to fix these things up .
