On arrival we had a private note with complimentary chocolates which was a lovely touch. Location was great. Only 600meters from the river if you wanted to swim, and a short walk to the main shopping strips. Hotel was lovely and clean as was the room. The room was plenty big enough for the two of us, and the kitchen had all of the facilities you needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was awesome and we used the pool several times which was lovely to cool off in during the summer heat.

The American Hotel over the road has a band playing extremely loud music until 2am! Don't bother eating at The American Hotel either. The food was woeful.

The location was great, only 15mins walk from train station.There are some wonderful old buildings and pubs. The Port of Echuca Discovery Centre is only a few minutes walk and gives you great information on the history of Echuca. There are also a few river walks, the paddle boats and a coach ride. The location is also walking distance to some great eateries, cafes and pubs. Johnny and Lyle's located on High St is exceptional for breakfast. The Mill restaurant is in an old flour mill and offers share plates. The Caledonian hotel/ Motel has a lovely beer garden with fire pits.

There's nothing to dislike about the Quest hotel or Echuca itself.

Our recent stay at Quest Echuca was wonderful, as the accommodation was in a great location close to shops, restaurants, and historical sites. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. The added touch of chocolate in the room was a nice surprise. The friendly staff welcomed us upon arrival and greeted us warmly every day, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Downsides were that our windows were fully frosted, limiting our view, and the on-site car park was sometimes full, requiring us to find street parking.

Was upgraded to a one bedroom apartment. Staff were lovely, great location walking distance to port of echuca and restaurants,cafes and supermarket. Room had full kitchen. Bed very comfy.. Loved the pool.

The couch was uncomfortable when 2 people sitting on it...especially when your trying to relax and watch TV.. No TV in bedroom, and no air in bedroom, despite room air con on 18 degrees.. almost needed a fan in the room.. Water was way to hot in the shower took along time to get cool water and in the sink there was no cold water..sorry forgot to report it.. Still enjoyed my stay , the above issues are more suggestions. Would stay again

The location, The room was perfect. Staff we kind and helping.

We only had 1/2 toilet paper roll when we first checked in. We ended up only finding 1 spare roll. The parking was a bit concerning as we had to park our car on the street. The reason we were so concerned was because we own a classic bmw. Their underground car park was full. It would be good if we could pay for the parking under the hotel so we have a guaranteed spot so we are not concerned about the car being on the street.

Walking distance from everywhere, upgraded our room for free! Staff were welcoming and always lovely to speak to. Self serviced apartment. We would stay with you again

Our shower door was broken which left a bit of water on the floor. And the rooms seemed to be cleaned very late in the day (or ours must have been anyways) which meant we didn’t get our room cleaned for 2 days as they would have come at inconvenient times

Welcoming staff and rooms were modern and well equipped.Very clean and comfortable furnishings. Shower and toiletries supplied were excellent.

Unfortunately the carpet in our room was still wet after being steam cleaned and the furniture had been moved all around the room to allow for the cleaning but not put back. The location of the hotel is on a fairly busy road and you can hear the traffic especially during the day.

Great location - spacious apartment with kitchenette. Just 10mins from the heritage port area, where all the main tourist attractions are as well as excellent restaurants nearby. Very hot this time of year so good to rest up in airconditioned comfort in the apartment.

Fantastic location, lovely staff and nice apartments. We really enjoyed our stay with our 8 month old daughter. We could walk to the river, to Moama and the main streets with ease. Parking onsite was awesome.

The apartment bedroom was internal to the apartment - the “window”, whilst frosted, connected to the main lounge room making it hard to keep the bedroom dark

Receptionist went out of her way to accommodate us as 1st room had a strange odour and she arranged a room to suit our needs. very helpful and pleasant. Room was lovely with comfy bed and having washer and dryer a bonus. Wonderful location to walk down to Port and into main streets. great area for restaurants and cafes.
