We booked this room as we needed a one nights accommodation before getting onto one of the luxury house boats for a week. The staff were very welcoming gave us a great reccomendation for dinner that was within walking distance. It was exactly as we expected nice and close to shops, the main street and attractions and especially the port where we needed to be early next morning. It would be great if it could all be booked as a package deal. I was pleasantly suprised as to how quiet it was given it was on the main street, which was what we needed after a full day of flights and the drive from Melbourne.

Even though I changed my booking well before the cancelation period I was still charged for 2 rooms. But this was more booking.com as they took the money earlier than they should have. The hotel staff were extremely responsive and helpful in assisting me to get my money back.

The room was large and clean and well layed out. The location was great. Mick called before we arrived to enquire how far away we were so he could put the heater on for us. I was thankful for the electric blanket. The location was fairly quiet to traffic going by. You could hear it but it wasn't annoying - small town kind of noise.

We were in a room close to the pool and pond. I found the pump going in the pond a bit annoying when going to sleep and there was also a light on the verandah out our room which was also a bit of a pain. The curtains did a pretty good job of blocking nearly all of it. The heater was up pretty high all night - 28o as set by Mick, but it didn't really heat up the room too well. Luckily we had electric blankets, which was great. The skirting in the bathroom could have used a better clean but overall for the price our room and stay was pretty good.

We stayed for two nights and very much enjoyed our stay. Great location, close to restaurants, etc. The bed was comfortable, and the pool was nice to relax in on the warm days. The staff member Kevin was friendly and made us feel very much welcome. He offered us milk for the room and pool towels when we checked in. In a lot of places, we have to ask for that. Kevin spoke to us throughout our stay, and he went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Thanks heaps.

More lighting in the room would be good. The room was a little dark due to a lack of lighting. Apart from that, everything else was great.

The Managers Taryn and Shaun were very friendly, approachable and accommodating to our needs. The pool was good, and the shower was a very good size. Taryn was also able to provide a bottom level and stand alone shower when 1st booked. The location was within walking distance to shops, restaurants etc. Would consider staying again in the future

Noises from rooms above and wasnt able to find hairdryer till last night.

The room was large. Very clean. Excellent beds but the pillows could be a little softer. Water pressure in the shower was excellent. The staff were lovely and friendly.

The parking situation was not the best. If we came back to our room after 9pm we could not access our parking bay. We had a disabled room. So we had to park away from the room. It might be handy to paint room numbers on each parking spot so people know which is theirs.

I really liked the layout of the property, which made the most of the area in front of the rooms, with a small spa/swimming pool next to a cosy eating area, two small fish ponds and lots of plants. It was quiet at night and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. The Hotel car parking is on site and close to the accommodation. We loved our room, it was nice and light with good facilities. It wasn't huge but was perfect for our needs. There were lots of coffee places near-by and restaurants within walking distance. The town was interesting and we discovered a short river walk behind the restaurants going towards Moama.

This place is wonderful for families! We loved that our room allowed our kids to have their own private area to hang out in, and they're already asking if we can stay again when the weather is warmer so they can play in the pool. The person in charge on the day we checked in was kind enough to upgrade one of our rooms which was unexpected and lovely. The location was excellent as well, just a few short steps away from all the action. We are definitely staying again in the future.

If only the pool was heated so we could enjoy it in the winter! But alas, we'll just visit again in warmer weather.

Location to the main area of Echuca. It was so nice to see another colour of towels in the bathroom. (navy blue) It does get boring with all the accommodation places having white linen and white towels, I guess it is because they can be bleached to keep clean.

I like a dark room for sleeping, there was a lot of light coming in around the curtains. I know that's my problem not the accommodations.

Great hotel right in the centre of town. Staff are very friendly and helpful for tips on where to go. The hotel is older however it has and is continuing to be maintained nicely. Rooms very comfortable and warm, we appreciated a warm room when we arrived. The room has everything you need including the bonus of microwave, toaster, kettle etc. We purchased food from a local supermarket around the corner and were able to make dinner in our room. If you are here in summer, they have a lovely pool/spa that looked inviting (but not in winter). We would definitely stay here again and felt it was great value for money. Thank you to the owner who made us feel very welcome.

Rooms modern, fresh and clean. Kitchenette with fridge and micro and basic supplies. Bed super comfortable. Close to many things including the port area itself.

Facility is on a busy street that never got quiet, and our original room was right up front. The motels private entrance was also busy, adding to the noise. Manager was terrific and moved us farther back the second night which was much quieter.
