Communication and trust. As we were late travelers and they phoned me and left the key under the mat, for someone who they didn’t know or hadn’t stayed there before this took a lot of stress off us. That we could arrive at the time we did (8:30pm) and we were looked after. No trouble at all finding the key and getting into the room.

Didn’t get to meet any staff in the morning to thank them. As we were checking out at 8:30am but no one in office. But nothing really that we didn’t like.

We loved our stay, the property is at a walking distance from Town beach. The old gentleman at the reception was very kind and polite. We had reached Port Macquarie a bit earlier than planned. He allowed us to check-in a bit early which was great as we were tired from the drive. The room was neat and clean. The check out process was also smooth, we just dropped the keys on our way out of the property. Overall, it was good value for money.

Our whole time was great, a wonderful welcome as we checked in, our room was great. Had so much room to move, comfy bed, great shower, had tea and toast in our lovely kitchenette, and of course the location was just superb

That we on.y stayed one night as we were passing through, and it was a little too cold to sit outside at night to take it all in.

Room was comfortable, clean, airy. Access to the outside seating was great. Location of the facility was easy to find after a long day driving. Room had all the basic facilites we needed. accessible to main shopping areas was noted.

Lack of exhaust fan in Bathroom meant bathroom got steamed up even after opening the window.

Owner was a gentleman and check in was fuss free and welcoming. Room very good size, spacious with small kitchenette a bonus. Balcony was also a bonus and bed comfortable. Very clean and easy parking. Beach and access to cafes very close. Very quiet even though right in town. It was great to have a sliding door that opened for fresh air which you don't get at many places these days. Super wifi and will definitely stay again without hesitation. Perfect stopover or longer.

Clean and spacious. Lovely gardens. Not too far to walk to the beach but probably better for people with a car. I came by train to attend a family funeral. Very quiet and attractive room.

Without a car to get around I would have booked closer to town. It's walkable but a little far. There are buses.

The motel was clean and comfortable

I arrived at bit early and went to see if I could check in and I was told "we have been very busy you will have to come back later" considering I booked through the app the motel had all my details it would have been easy for them to give me a key, they seemed flustered because it was a busy weekend.

Extremely well appointed and maintained motel within walking distance to the centre of Port Macquarie and its highlights. The room was immaculate and comfortable, small but beautiful garden overlooked by the balcony, all of which combined to make the motel good value for money, especially compared to some of the alternatives in PMQ.

It was immaculately clean and bed was comfortable

It would have been good to be able to stop the air conditioner from oscillating as we did not like it pointing directly onto the bed. Maybe there was a way to stop it but I could not see how.

We needed a place to stay on our trip south to Bright. This place was perfect for us. Super clean, very comfortable bed, coffee and cookies with a tea kettle and toaster. Everything we needed for a one night stop.
