North Ryde Bewertung Our stay at North Ryde Guestbouse was lovely. We’ve received a very detailed message with clear instructions from the owner before arrival and it was super easy to access the room. We were very pleasantly surprised with the condition of our room, we found it to be SUPER clean and tidy in absolutely every corner, and no smells or anything. Also the shared bathroom and kitchen area was super clean and in great condition. This guesthouse feels very cozy and quiet which we value a lot, so we were very happy with our choice of staying here!

Someone with keys came into the room (accidentally?) before it was checkout time. We were out at 10:00am. probably a mistake, it happens!

Quiet, off street parking. Clean. Nice bathroom. Kitchen. Silent air conditioner. Power board. Good wifi. Room door did not close and lock automatically.

Coffee provided was caramel latte with artificial sweetener. (No thanks). Cooking in kitchen not allowed. Funny smell in room like oranges a bit unpleasant but did not notice it after a while. Some restriction on wifi so I could not access online bridge club.

like the fact we could park off the street. the kitchen and dining table were good as we came in late and were able to prepare dinner and eat at table instead of in our room. the lounge area was also very comfortable with tv... where i was able to wait while partner was having day surgery.

the ensuite a little small, plus the shelf (sliding door of shower was dusty) so could not put towel over. also the lack of washes was also a concern as partner could not get face wet ... so a washer would have been useful/

The double room, with small private bathroom, was exceptionally clean and good value for money.The bed was comfortable with extra pillows and a blanket available for use. The reverse air conditioner/ heating was efficient and easy to manage. There's a small fridge in the room but we used the communal fridge in the spotless share kitchen.

With 5 separate bedrooms plus a living room and kitchen available for use, the house has a backpackers feel to it. No cooking is allowed. There's a small oven and 2 microwaves for reheating plus 2 kettles for tea and coffee making. All exceptionally clean.

Easy check in , super comfy clean and tidy rooms , fresh cold spring water on tap , the packets of TINY TEDDYS waiting to be eaten in the kitchen lol . Privacy is well respected , extremely central location but tucked away in the quietest street . A super friendly respectful host ... Thank you Helen!

Often booked out when I attempt to book a room for stays ...

It was good to have microwave in room and coffee and tea making facilities. Room was spacious and the private bathroom was fantastic. We’ll set up with all we needed.

If I were staying longe rut would have been good to be bake to use the kitchen more fully however I understand this is a regulation not the owners fault.

We stayed in the king studio. It had an ensuite. For the price, it was very good. The shared kitchen was clean and pleasant.

Some of the negative reviews here seem to relate to the room only with shared bathroom option.

Comfortable beds and airconditoning in the room

I noticed that there was only one melamine bowl. Should more than one resident wish to have cereal, then there were insufficient bowls available. Also am not sure that a melamine bowl could be used in a microwave. Thankfully I noticed a booklet of instructions for the microwave in a cupboard above the microwave, because my own microwave is very primitive by comparison, it being of 1984 vintage.

Great location in a quiet area. Very secure. Parking available. Walking distance to Macquarie Shopping Centre. Room included a bar fridge and microwave oven. Beds were super comfy
