I booked a stay here as I had to be close by to a friends house for an event. I wouldn’t usually choose to stay in Killara but this hotel was great for a short stay. The room I was in was clean and newly renovated. Water temperature and pressure was excellent! AC worked great as well. Pillows were too soft for me but that’s my personal preference. The cafe and lobby were also nicely fit out - made it feel very luxurious!

Location wise there’s not much to do in this area, but if you needed to stay in the area, it’s a good option and the train station is a short 10 min walk down the road.

The room is newly renovated... it looks new, smell new and very comfortable. The reception was warm and caring. Though it was by pacific highway, it was quiet at night. It was conveniently located near groceries, cafes and train station. The outside of room facilities are still renovating.. look forward to the complete job.. so far been great what they are doing.

Room was comfortable and clean. Good size room & bathroom. The man at reception checking us in was lovely & very friendly.

Checking out of the room theirs was no place to drop off key. Waited until reception opened at 7:30am to check out as unfortunately their is no place to leave keys & no instructions given for early check outs. The young reception girl didn’t arrive until 7:45am to open up, & just grunted at me when I asked where to leave the keys. Obviously she’s not a morning person.

Location, cleanliness, and the room, the amenities

The fact I arrived at 1.15pm and the room was ready but the man at the reception wouldn't let us check in because it wasn't 2pm,but we could check-in if I paid him an extra $10. I've never experienced this behaviour at any accomodation venues in all the years I've travelled, if the rooms ready early they let you check in and go to the room. Very disappointing and a black mark on this venue,especially his arrogant, unprofessional behaviour.

Cleanliness and location of the room, with a wonderful view from the porch, overlooking the leafy surroundings. It was a very comfortable stay over 2 nights.

The only aspect of our stay that could improve is the availability of parking our vehicle at any anytime of the day /night. On our return from a wedding event last Saturday night, we found it difficult to locate a parking spot, managing only to locate a narrow parking space near the exit.

Have stayed many times. Main staff, hotel manager and reception staff good.

On the last morning we went out to grab a coffee and intended to come back and finish packing before our check out time of 10am. Upon arrival back to our room, the cleaner was already there and had thrown out our belongings in the fridge and cleaned most of the room. We were still in possession of the keys and it was only 940am at this stage. We were not happy at all.

Quick and easy check in, plenty of parking. Room comfortable. Not far from shopping mall and a 7-Eleven next door. Had a wee balcony that seemed to attract friendly yellow crested cockatoos and in the morning when we opened the curtain there were 4 sitting there staring in - very cute. Restaurant wasn't open as closed for Christmas holidays but found a great pub not far for dinner. That was excellent too.

Great service and hospitality. Very comfy beds and spacious apartment. Traffic noise was minimal considering how close the highway is. Walk to shops and station.

A couple of small things. One, it would be great if the bathroom light and extractor fan were on separate switches. You don't always need the extractor fan on, and it is LOUD. Secondly, could you put up a big exit sign with arrow in the car park as it is not obvious where it is.

The rooms I stayed in were very nice The Deluxe Twin Room and The Executive king with balcony The room service was convenient and the food was good quality and substantial The staff were helpful and prompt in their reply to requests

It was a bit far from public transport and the Wifi Wasn’t strong Only 1 to 2 bars 4G or 3G at times and the prices of the rooms went up and down Markedly according to the day of the week

Good sized room Lovely outlook from the windows . Was nice to have a small balcony . I even had some wildlife visitors (cockatoo’s). Parking was good . Good hot shower .

No coat hangers to hang my work clothes . Only 2 English breakfast tea bags Tied to order dinner last night , however not taking orders. Ordered Uber Eats. No cutlery in the draws
