Requested a quiet room and they delivered. Room was clean, very comfortable, a good size and well laid out. Shower was spacious and plenty of hot water. Good balcony with nice views at night. The green curry and spring rolls from the restaurant were excellent, well priced and generous servings. I extended the stay by another week unexpectedly. A very comfortable and easy stay. Will stay here again.

We were impressed with our room, however, should there be a next time, we will ask for an inside room, we were right on Victoria Road. The Breakfast was great and cheap, staff great and helpful. Two nights were much better than we had expected and we will certainly inform any of our friends travelling and staying in Sydney. Nothing that I can say stands out, only that Victoria Road is a busy road and tends to be NOISY.

This was one of the best stays our family has had in Sydney in the last couple of years (we occasionally travel for sporting events). We found this place to be of a great value. The location is very convenient, easy to find and with ample parking. The room was very clean, spacious and it had everything we needed for our short stay. Beds were super comfy and we were grateful to have a room in a quiet area which made our stay very pleasant.

Parking was good, staff were friendly and helpful, room was very clean and well organised, bed was really comfortable with plenty of extra bedding if needed, shower had good and consistent hot water, reverse cycle air-con worked perfectly, dinner from the restaurant was good quality and delivered to my room hot and exactly at the time I had asked for.

Nothing not to like, especially when you consider I had a room facing the very busy (24/7) Victoria Road. There is a lot of road noise but to the premises credit, the glazing on the window and door in my room was excellent, once you shut the door from the balcony there was very little to be heard.

Nice homely clean room with little balcony and great bathroom. Loved the location and the staff were very helpful. I did have luggage and a lift would have helped but there was only one set of stairs.

youPlease read the good comments and suggestions I left there in a hurry as I did not have a writing paper with me. However it is all readable. Important...I heated a pie for 3 min the previous day and today prior to vacating. I noticed a crackling sound inside the top area today as if some electrical sparking. I immediately switched it off. The sound is still there. So I pulled the cord off the wall socket. Interestingly the sound was still there. I smelled outside close to the air vents suspecting a fire 🔥 from the inside. No burning smell. After 1.5 min the sound disappeared. There is no testing and tagging on that device. It is illegal. My suggestion is to throw it away. A simple low cost replacement will save millions for you. Please take this very seriously and email me what has been done to my complaint. Not many people are there who will spend valuable time writing for you.

Everything . The decor, the bed making, There were no odours of any sort despite the presence of electric stove. Frig, bath, toilet, cabinets .. all good. Receptionist great. Polite. Breakfast...wow! Not overwhelming. Just enough. Enough varieties. Rooms are very well lit 👌...natural light and artificial as well.

It was recommended to us. It was clean and comfortable.

The only problem we had which was not property related was the lack of shopping facilities nearby. As we are both unable to walk far this posed a problem regarding purchase of food for lunch. Noodles from reception for lunch was all that was available. Restaurant for dinner was great.

Access to public transport. Good bistro with yummy food. And had a balcony for sitting on. Oh, and the best dim sims and spring rolls in Sydney. Delicious

I did ask for a bottle of wine after 10 am. However, you could not purchase a bottle of wine and probably a glass for that matter, until restaurant time.

cleaning great location 10 minutes walk to train station and 12 minutes walk to ferry car parking was good

The price just because it's the long weekend. More then double any other weekend is a bit excessive. I get it most put their prices up but more then double for what it is was a bit excessive. Had it of included breakfast it may of been a different story.
