Rooms are beautiful and clean. Nice and spacious apartment with everything you need. Everything looks exactly like the images online. The parking is private and secure, we had no issues finding a spot and was very close to our room. The location is so convenient, you're right on top of a small shopping centre with woolies & Aldi. I would definitely book this place again when visiting the area!

Curtains don't fully block out light/have gaps. Some tiles in the shower are loose. Would love to have a dishwasher in the studio room.

Stayed for one night while attending a formal event. Room was spacious, luxurious and very comfortable for getting ready beforehand, and enjoyed a relaxed morning the following day. Staff on the front desk were friendly and helpful - very kindly obliged with a complimentary late check-out as the hotel wasn't too busy.

Parking was a little tight - up steep ramps to the multi-story carpark, but perfectly sufficient.

The exceptional facilities were matched by the exceptional customer service. Jim and his team were great. The apartments themselves are very new, well laid out and well fitted out with super comfy beds. Great location, with Bay Central shopping centre and many new eateries just downstairs. A hiccup with our booking as a result of the booking.com system was appropriately resolved and we were so impressed with the facilities, the location and the customer service that we stayed an extra night instead of heading further south as planned. Highly recommend and we can’t wait to return.

Apartment facilities were comfortable. The kitchen was sufficient and clean but a little underwhelming (e.g. a small stovetop and bar size fridge) which might be inconvenient if you are staying longer with the intent to self cater. Bathroom with walk in shower very nice. No bath. Staff were friendly.

Was a little frustrating to pay for accommodation, then discover that parking was at an additional cost. The additional fee for card payment was disappointing. Maybe it’s a Sydney thing? Not what we are used to.

There was nothing to fault about this stay. Facility is new and the rooms have everything you need. The kitchenette providing extra flexibility if you want to prepare something yourself. Short 2-minute walk to shopping centre if you need anything. Staff extremely helpful and concerned everything was ok with room and facilities.

My only recommendation is that the free tea and coffee facilities could be lifted to include a coffee pod machine and choice of teas could include English Breakfast and perhaps a herbal option. Most coffee lovers won't touch instant and although I was fine with Lipton tea I think this could have been a little bit more up market. It's a minor point on an otherwise faultless experience.

Our stay was fabulous! Staff- welcoming and amazing. Room - very spacious. Bed - so good! The pillows were amazing too. My husband didn't snore at all...which meant I had to check he was breathing! He had one of the best nights sleeps and I am going to buy some of those pillows. Bathroom - spacious and the shower was awesome. Check-in/check-out - very quick and easy. They offer online check-in so the process is speedier when you get there. Very good value for money - in fact, my husband rated this in the top 5 places we have stayed around the world. like-for-like. Close to everything in Cronulla. We would definitely stay again.

The only negative was the lighting situation for doing makeup. When are designers going to place lighting understanding that down lights are not good for doing makeup...lights need to be front on. Also, those of us getting older need a little magnification to see better! Easy solution would be an extendable magnifying mirror with a light in it.

The location, the facilities within the precinct and the service from the Owner/Manager. He went way beyond what you normally expect. Nothing, and I mean nothing was a problem for him and his staff. He even enquired the day before on a phone call to confirm my booking if I wanted anything special on my arrival! Wonderful. Everything is new, so the bed, the hot water, the kitchen utensils ... all worked. The view over the golf course was great. All you needed is within the centre. A truly "one stop" shopping experience will be had once the precinct is fully tenanted.

Given the builders are still finishing the project, the lack of signage is irritating. And there is no public transport close by. It is a 20 minute walk to the train station.

Everything you needed was supplied, it was lovely and clean and well equipped. The staff and manager were very friendly, something you don’t see very often in the bigger Motels. To top off our stay the staff recommended Levain Pizzeria (pizza and wine bar) for us to have our evening meal, it was amazing!! I can highly recommend staying at this Motel, you will not be disappointed.

There was nothing I didn’t like, the only thing that was a bit confusing was finding the car park, but a quick phone call to reception and all was sorted.

In a great location close to beach, shops in apartment building next door. Extremely clean, the bed was very comfortable. It was a really nice apartment, & serviced daily if you wanted.

Paying for the car park as an extra, for a week it was quite dear on top of what was already expensive for the apartment for the week. Lounge was really hard.

We chose Quest Woolaware as it was close to family but found the property to be a little gem. Modern, comfortable, staff were lovely and welcoming. The hotel is next to a small shopping centre so we could get groceries and/or takeaway and there’s a fantastic park for kids. Question woolaware is now on the list to revisit and explore the local area
