Everything was exceptional at Quest Mascot. The Serviced Apartment / Premises is located very close to Domestic Airport as well as International Terminal which is a couple more km away from domestic. The Property is new , plush , clean and very well maintained. The staff at the reception and the others around were all very polite , friendly and attended to our requests prompt and immediately. The room was a 1 bedroom , hall combined with a small kitchen besides with all comforts and amenities. Kitchen had all the equipments ,gadgets and accessories needed for cooking and self catering. Cutlery , crockery , Refrigerator , Microwave , Baking Owen , Dishwasher , Washing Machine, Dryer , Electric Kettle ,Iron Board and Box etc. Also Wi-Fi was working great and no issues whatsoever with the network. Bed quality, mattress , pillows, cushions , blanket , sofa were all of the best quality and freshness. Comfortable sleep quality and the bathroom was clean and fresh with plenty of Bath towels , short towels ,high quality body wash, shampoos and conditioners. Also quite pleasantly they provided two bottles of water every day which was really needed. We had a great view of the domestic airport with flights landing and taking off at very regular intervals and without any noise disturbance or such. Overall very happy with our two short stays at this accommodation for two nights and another night before taking our departure flight back home. Highly recommend QUEST Mascot for all travelers and visitors to Sydney , to stay and enjoy the experience. Good Luck.

May be the second time around, we did not find the blanket and also I suggest them to increase channels and entertainment on the Television.

We had a total of 3 apartments for our family of 7. All apartments very well appointed. Our bed was so comfortable and quality linen. The soundproofing was really good, even when planes started at 6am, not invasive and loud. Blockout blinds made a big difference to sleep quality too. One of my family members in a studio apartment left his key inside his room. After a NY celebration on the harbour, we arrived back at around 2.30am. Was extremely impressed that the After hours number was answered AND the assistance given to obtaining a fob key from the lock box to access his room - brilliant! Great service from arrival to end.

Noted that no washing machine in the room - communal (although complimentary) ground floor. I think it would be great to have a washing machine in the apartment, but do understand that is costly and potentially only valuable for long-stay clients

The lady at the front desk was helpful and friendly, even though there was some confusion in our group about what rooms we’d actually booked. She was very patient with us as we tried to figure out what we’d done! Housekeeping were also great and promptly came and opened an interconnecting room for us. I also appreciated that they’d made the effort to fold up a blanket and put under the sheet in the portacot for extra cushioning and comfort for our toddler (portacots are not very well padded or comfortable usually!) The shuttle bus was also a huger convenience and easy to book through reception. Location was close to airport, so very convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed.

The reception foyer had leaves blown in on the floor that were there in the afternoon when we left for dinner and were still there in the morning when we left on the shuttle. Just looked a little untidy. No on-site restaurant, so had to walk a couple of blocks to another hotel for dinner.

We stopped here after coming from England to Sydney to recover from jet lag in our first day and it was exactly what we needed! Kitchen facilities, super clean and amazingly comfy bed. Perfect for what we wanted. We were able to check in slightly earlier than normal check in, the hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating and allowed us to store our bags with them prior to check in. Nice city view and Macdonalds and kfc nearby. 15 min walk to some Sydney airport terminals which meant we did not need to get a taxi back to the airport and had a nice stroll in the morning. Shampoo and conditioners smelt amazing too!!

The space of the room was great, enough room for my partner and our infant daughter. Staff were very friendly. The room was nice and clean and well presented. There was quite a bit of nearby street parking (3H) which was great for parking before getting our parking space.

Not a major dislike: The location is great for the airport (which we were not there for), however, it was a little far from the shops, and the train station. Not too bad though, only a 12 minute walk. That said, it is very convenient for being in Sydney without being in the thick of the CBD.

The room was just the right size to relax in after a 15 hour flight. It was wonderful to have a lounge and kitchen and washing facilities for my clothes. The bed was comfortable and the receptionist was very helpful in showing me a bakery across the highway where I could purchase some food and also book a shuttle to the airport for the following morning ($10).

I arrived about 7am as my flight arrived early. I paid some extra to get into the room straight away. However I think the extra amount ($150) was a bit over priced but as I was tired I paid it. I had intended to wait in the foyer until check in time but the foyer was rather small with chairs that were not that comfortable for staying in for several hours.

The room was comfortably spacious for two people, and the bed provided a restful sleep. The convenient proximity to both the airport and supermarket, just a 15-17 minute walk away, was a definite plus. The kitchenette was well equipped with all the amenities needed to prepare a simple meal, making our stay even more convenient and enjoyable.

The provision of daily room service fell short of expectations. Despite our three-day stay, servicing was conducted only once. There was an instance where our used towels were overlooked on the floor. Initially, a sole set of amenities was provided, yet subsequent room servicing omitted any form of replenishment (for instance, we were given only a single small pack of milk for the entire duration). As a result, we found ourselves needing to repeatedly ask the reception for additional supplies throughout our stay. Regrettably, our waste bin remained unattended over the course of the three days. Despite these service setbacks, the advantageous location and the room's commendable quality stood out positively.

Close to international airport. Required a $10 shuttle ride which took approx 10 minutes. The room was comfortable and the facilities more than adequate. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful and the price was very reasonable. There are several restaurants/cafes nearby for lunch or dinner all within walking distance.

Given the price range I really cannot complain about anything. The place was clean, easy to get to with friendly and helpful staff. Any negatives, I believe, would be simply nit picking.

Very close to the airport and walking distance to Mascot shops and suburban train station. There are also bus services nearby. For exploring Sydney and the surrounding areas, it is ideal. The staff are very accommodating and helpful. WiFi was very good despite being on the sixth floor.

Being near the airport, you do hear the planes taking off and landing, but you get used to it. No worse than south West London!

Nice and spacious apartment with a separate bedroom and on the ground floor. Very close to the airport which was a factor on choosing to stay here.

Communication from Reception staff could have been better as we were waiting for a call to let us know if we could check in a little earlier but no call was forthcoming. We understood that the hotel was fully booked but a simple call would have have been appreciated. The staff were polite though and let us leave our luggage there while we waited for check in!
