Everything! Clean, comfortable, contemporary and modern. Well kept and very up market. The location is fantastic, 5 minute walk to darling harbour and 20 minute walk to circular quay. Lots of restaurants, bars and cafes close by. Pool and hot tub are beautiful. Lots of amenities in the room. The staff were very helpful with everything we asked. The room is serviced every day which we didn’t expect with an apartment.

The only very small issues were a lack of coat hangers but when we asked staff they brought us more. There is a lack of hooks in the room (which sounds daft) but there was no where to hang jackets etc. A washing machine but no where to hang clothes to dry if you choose to not use the dryer.

Such a convenient location. So close to the train station & the city shops

We enjoyed our 3 day stay here. We slept well, the bed was comfortable, it was quiet, the AC could be adjusted and we could open the windows to get some fresh air. The room was refreshed daily. Loved the pool and the gym which had a lot of different equipment not just a treadmill, bike and weights. It felt like everything was thought of and provided. Could easily have a long stay here, with there being a washing machine, dryer, iron/board and kitchenette. Staff were always friendly and helpful at the front desk. We also appreciated being able to store our luggage before and after. The design was modern and nice. We would definitely recommend staying here.

No complaints at all

Cozy modern decorated apartment with a cute balcony. We had nearly everything we need in the apartment, all equipments were easily accessible, the washing machine and dryer made everyday laundry easy and covenient. We love the atmosphere in the living room, as well as the big comfortable couch. Good location, 5min walk to Darling harbor, 10min walk to Hyde park, a good start point for city walk. Covenient stores are like 200 meters away. Safe and quiet neighborhood during night. Nice and Friendly Staff. We arrived at around noon that day, while our apartment was not ready yet. The staff managed to arrange another available apartment for us so we could check-in asap and have a rest right after a long red-eye flight. Thanks so much for the frontdesk staff team. We would definitely choose to stay here again during our next visit in Sydney.

Bigger bed would be better, for the adults of family guests. The wind from air conditioner in the bedroom directly hit the face while sleeping, which was a little annoying.

Location, cleanliness. Great appliances. Attentive staff. Proximity to most attractions. Easy access to Celebrity Edge dock… between bridge and Opera House.

The staff were pleasant and helpful. The facilities were clean and comfortable. We loved that we could get a 2 bedroom apartment so close to the city. Comfortable beds! Very easy to walk to everything yet still quiet and peaceful. Lovely housekeeping staff. We enjoyed our stay, thank you.

The beds, although comfy were so small! Would think at least one bed would be a queen or king. Also, we had coloured shining lights through our windows on the weekend - which is no fault of the hotel....just a design in the alley way beside it. Getting out of the pool down on the ground level was tricky and not at all suitable for older folk. Not enough cooking utensils, we had to buy a wooden spoon.

Skye Suites are always a fantastic place to stay although for a slightly higher cost versus closeby properties you get the amenity of an apartment style room. Feels more like a stay at home vs. a hotel room. Pool and spa are great although a bit odd you can see into it from the lobby area.

We did get a room this stay that was quite dusty in several places and a broken cabinet. When brought to the attention of the staff, they offered a deep clean and moved us to another room. Very friendly service and of course this sort of thing can happen now and then and they handled it professionally and courteous. Pool area could use a bit of a clean as under the stairs into the spa is a bit dingy.

Almost everything was perfect. We had a small issue an Talina was able to quickly and successful resolve it for us, which was greatly appreciated.

This hotel seems to dislike smokers. Of course you're not allowed to smoke in your rooms, but you were also not able to smoke on your balconies (they were very explicit about this), nor was there anywhere to dispose of cigarettes outside any of the entrances.

The apartment was absolutely lovely, very modern and clean. The reception team very kindly let us check in early after a long flight and the apartment was really comfortable. It is in a great location and walkable to all the main sights in the city centre and is also well connected with the city’s public transport. We were also very touched when SKYE Suites gave us a bottle of fizz and some chocolates to celebrate New Year’s Eve. Overall we loved our stay and would definitely come back.
