Location and was nice and clean.

1-Not enough hot water for 2 adults to have a shower. The second adult Had to wait over an hour for their shower after the first adult as the hot water ran out. 2- Strong scent in the hotel lobby and hallway that was too much and gave us both a headache every time we went through. 3- We booked a room with a view. The room we got has no view and I was disappointed. Me and my daughter had a full-on and stressful time there with her dance competition and we didn't have time to raise this concern with the staff. But really 😞 we didn't get the room with a view that we booked. It would have made our trip a bit calmer I guess.

Room was clean and located in a very convenient location. Had everything we needed.

The stove top was a bit touchy to use and not always easy to get started - you would press the on button or temp buttons and nothing would happen. Had to turn on and off at the wall a few times. The fridge/freezer didn't freeze very well as I needed ice to use after my surgery. Also we bought some drumstick ice creams to store in the freezer and it didn't freeze them at all and they were like liquid. probably need a new fridge/freezer - this is room 612.

Nice layout and clean. Quality linen, bathroom products upmarket, good kitchenette and reliable air-con. Central location at shops and transport stops for bus and light rail. Enjoyed the view and being on a higher level. Distant and at an angle views of the water. Apartments up the hall may have better views. Joanna at reception was helpful and confident with assisting tourist.

My apartment faced Royal Randwick Shopping Centre. To sleep you might need the windows closed as you can hear hum from air-cons on the roof there.

This was my third stay at Veriu and it lived up to my expectations again. The room was well appointed, with good facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It offers more than a hotel room. I love the balcony for eating breakfast in the morning. It is very close to the shops, which made supermarket shopping easy. Also only a short walk to my daughter's apartment.

Almost everything was great. The first time I stayed here there were blinds on the windows. This room did not have these and, as it was still long summer days, it was hard to get the room dark enough.

Excellent location. Close to shops and transport. Has cooking facilities as well as a washing machine. Generous balcony although ours was not front facing, so no view.

Generous balcony overlooked small garden alcove downstairs opposite adjoining building's windows, but also home to a number of pigeons that loved cooing most of the time. Room 309. Very tight in bathroom and towel holder broken. Reported to reception upon arrival. Could do with deep clean, especially carpet.

I was not in the room for long as I was attending a conference all day so I didn't really get to use the room for long. I greatly appreciated the help of the staff and their friendliness. Being allowed to leave my car in the parking lot after check out, while I was at the conference on my last day, was tops.

I think parking should be supplied as part of your stay and that you shouldn't be charged extra. This is the first time this has occurred to me and I have stayed in city and regional motels.

The beds were very comfortable. Kitchen facilities and laundry was good. 1 bathroom was a good size, 1 was alot smaller.

Would like curtains in the rooms. Car parking is very difficult, I would have preferred staff advice against bigger vehicles parking at all in the car park. There were a lot of old scrape marks on the walls, and I also damaged my car when parking due to having a larger vehicle. Upon exiting I didn't damage my vehicle, but it was very, very tight.

The Veriu Apartments provide excellent accommodation at a reasonable price. There are good cooking facilities, it is very close to Randwick Shopping Centre, it is quiet, and close to where my family live.

The wifi was very weak. I have stayed here before and it was fine but not in this particular room. Also I left an item of clothing behind and rang the next day but it had been disposed of.

I have stayed here several times and go back because it is great. It is close to where my family live and also to shopping like Woolworths. The light rail is nearby and several buses. The rooms are well appointed with great facilities.

Although housekeeping came by each day, they did not always replenish supplies like soap. Not a big problem but in the past this has always been done.

Rooms were well sized, bed was very comfortable and plenty of storage. I appreciated the room being equipped with both a front loader washing machine, dryer and clothes so that we could clean and dry our clothes with little difficulty whilst away from home.The oven, microwave and dishwasher in the kitchen were used to make our trip more enjoyable and relaxed. The hotel was a convenient to the light-rail into the city, near supermarkets and a range of restaurants, cafés, pubs and take away restaurants.

The eating utensils and crockery was somewhat limited, needing to be washed after each meal. The furniture in the lounge and kitchen was rather utilitarian, not as comfortable or big enough to be particularly comfortable. The bathroom needs some attention as the grouting is crumbling in places and there is mould throughout the shower on the grout which could be resolved with using Domestos.
