The rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable. Great pool area, rooftop bar and the cafe off the lobby area is very convenient. Staff are very friendly and helpful

There’s nothing I don’t really like.

Very modern and nice hotel. Bed was comfortable and the room itself was really nice. We had complimentary breakfast included which had quite a few options of hot/cold breakfast and the quality of food was great. The rooftop pool is a nice touch as well. Great location, walking distance to various places throughout the city with the closest being Darling Harbour.

Our room had a balcony however it looked out to the back of the police station. As we stayed there over the weekend we heard constant yelling and screaming as well as the police cars coming and going despite the door and curtains being shut. The Aircon control in our room didn’t work so any time we wanted the A/C on or off we had to calm the front desk who could control it from there.

The location was great, good walking distance to the harbour & many eateries including chinatown nearby. The rooftop pool was just what we needed to cool down after hot days exploring Sydney. Very modern room including Nespresso machine. We had the breakfast package, so many options to choose from that were cooked to order & the best chai latte ever 😋

That the bar & restaurant on the rooftop wasn't open a couple days we were there as opening hours are from Wednesday-Sunday, I know you can order drinks through the hotel but would have made it easier that being open & can sit in the shade having a drink

The location was really good and the ‘Vibe’ of the hotel was excellent very trendy lovely staff and the rooftop pool and bar were lush!

The rooms are on the small side for what you pay yet I guess we didn’t spend a lot of time in there really. Just to add it would be great for us ladies to have an extra mirror outside of the bathroom perhaps near a plug point and desk to have an easier place to get ready when showered as the mirrors always steam up in the bathroom. There was a full length mirror on the sliding door accessing the bathroom in the corridor but this was dark and no plugs near by to get sorted.

The hotel is closed to everything and just walking distance to major attractions that we planned to see. overall our stay was really good.

Based on my experience, I recommend providing additional training to your staff, particularly the reception team. Guests often rely on staff for guidance, and accurate information is crucial. During my recent stay, I parked my car across the road at the hotel-recommended carpark for three days. Upon checkout, the receptionist arranged my carpark ticket, but unfortunately, provided only one ticket for the entire stay. However, the carpark requires one ticket per day, causing an issue at the boom gate. This resulted in a stressful situation with four cars queued behind us. To prevent future inconvenience, I suggest ensuring staff communicate accurate parking procedures to guests. Thanks

My stay at the hotel was truly amazing, offering everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The well-equipped gym allowed me to keep up with my fitness routine, which was a fantastic perk. I especially appreciated the staff Giovana who was very prompt to answering all my text messages via WhatsApp, the all-inclusive breakfast menu, which provided a variety of delicious options to start each day on a high note. Overall, the combination of excellent facilities and attentive service made my stay memorable, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to relax and recharge.

Disposable room slippers

It is a modern hotel on the edge of Sydney’s Chinatown. I arrived too late for dinner but room service was good. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was clean and tidy with efficient air conditioning. In easy walking distance to main public transport links. Public transport - excellent. Clean, cheap and easy to use (Google maps can be used to plan your trips)

Drop off by taxi was not great as there was no space for the taxi. It was a rush to offload my baggage in heavy traffic. The hotel might ask Sydney Council for a loading/unloading zone out front.

Breakfast great options and cooked fresh in nice setting/cafe. Location was awesome and better than expected closed to car parking and great discounted weekend rate. Rooftop pool and bar was awesome. Service was kind and efficient. Bath in room was great and small but efficient use of space/layout- loved 905 and would book again.

Rooftop pool area was dirty with hair and broken/damaged furniture. Bed was two king singles together that I woke up falling through the middle as they spread apart- not good! Comfy otherwise. Check in at 3pm is too late!

The hotel premises were ideal for an overnight anniversary stay and in every sense, the comfort experienced superseded any expectations we have had prior to our stay. The food was lovely, the staff are welcoming and the stay overall - spectacular.

There wasn't much to say about not liking Vibe, one or two comments however, could be addressed upon the cleanliness of the pool. Since the cleaning procedures are conducted only during the mornings, the pool becomes particularly dirty by the end of the day and it is especially visible in the night lighting of the pool surroundings. Further, a cockroach infestation is common around the poolside tables.
