The room was spacious and well equipped. Our sofa bed was made up for our son who joined us. The location was a two minute walk to Tumbalong Park, where my husband was performing on the Vivid stage. The options for dinner were plentiful and all were close by. The bed was very comfortable and an iron and ironing board were a bonus. The reception staff, especially Muhammad, were very helpful and courteous. We have already booked another visit.

The only things missing were face washers, otherwise all else was above our expectations.

Location a plus. About a 10min walk from Town Hall train station, light rail, and bus stop, so it's easy to get anywhere you need to go using these modes of transport. We used the train to get to Town Hall from the airport. The walk was slightly downhill from Town Hall to APX (good with our luggage!). 5min walk from APX to town where you'd find food and drink. There were a few food outlets just out of reception. The room was fine, a little old school but was as clean as could be. The bed was confortable. It was pretty much a base for us so only really used it to rest after the days out. Decent sized fridge, and good for cooking if needed. Induction and pan available to use. We also got to check in a few hours early. Each staff member we encountered were friendly and pleasant.

It was all fine, no issues.

The two staff members I dealt directly with were amazing. Both went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Huge shout out to the gent on the front desk on Thursday night after my challenging city drive🙏

Finding my way into the part of Dixon St where the accommodation is was a nightmare. On my first drive past on Goulburn st it appeared to be a pedestrian zone only, all I saw was bollards and pedestrians and what appeared to be a mall, and as Goulburn St is one way only, trying to get back again proved very challenging. Dixon St is also one way only and is a narrow strip of asian eateries with a small laneway for oneway traffic so can only be accessed off Goulburn. I finally found my way with the amazing and very patient assistance of facility staff via phone.

The location was awesome. Staff were friendly. Apartment was clean and tidy. Overall a great place for a short stay.

The car park is very very tight to get in and out of, it’s an accident waiting to happen. Checking in was a nightmare, my wife booked it in using my credit card. I had the card but they wouldn’t let us check in as my wife wasn’t there, once I got hold of her she changed the booking name and it was ok but could easily have been avoided, the staff could clearly see we had the same surname and I had paid for the stay. It was an unnecessary hold up causing me quite a lot of stress.

Loved the room size, the balcony and kitchen. Great location for our business conference. Great friendly staff. I also loved that the room was not overpowering with artificial fragrances. We were very happy and will return. Oh and we arrived early from the airport and were super happy we were able to check into our room earlier.

Sadly we did not have a kitchen sink plug, nor a tea-towel - but we made do with what we had. Also the bed was a bit uncomfortable, not terrible, but as we have occasional back pain we noticed it. The mattress probably needs replacing.

Checking in was very easy and Shak at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and very spacious. The bones of the apartment are great but the furnishing is a little tired looking. It wouldn't take very much to really make it look and feel great. The bed was quite hard but bearable. However the apartment had everything I needed for a two night stay. The location is excellent with so many delicious restaurants within walking distance. The balcony was great to watch the boats on darling harbour. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would rebook.

The apartment was just a little run down which gives it a bit of a stale feel.

The suites come with a washer and dryer. There is a intercom for added security at night when reception is closed. I really appreciated that the property honored my cancellation of a no-refund booking. They allowed me the credit to book another night at the property. When I transferred from the one bedroom apartment to the Queen Executive Suite I was able to move into the new room in the morning instead of waiting for the 2pm check-in time slot.

It was my 2nd stay and I was checked in as if it was my first time. This service lacked the opportunity for the staff to welcome me back and to thank me for coming back. The location is ideal if travelling by foot but for taxi or uber and due to the one way roads the location isn't ideal.

We had a free upgrade to a 52sq m apartment, great big room, very comfy king size bed, TV was limited, not up to modern standards, large balcony (called a courtyard) had not been cleaned prior to our arrival, there was a takeaway coffee cup there and some other litter, but that was a minor issue. There was a toaster, kettle, microwave, full size fridge and a plug in, two ring hob unit, we did cook one meal in, and re-heated leftovers on a couple of occasions. Great location, on the edge of Chinatown and just a short walk from Darling Harbour and the exhibition centre. It was a 5 minute walk to Town Hall, where you can get the Light Rail (tram) to Circular Quay or out wards to other destinations and there is also a major train station there. If you want a swimming pool, it is just 5 minute walk to the Ian Thorpe Aquatic Centre, a fantastic 50 metre pool complex.

The room was more spacious than I expected so I was really happy for the amount paid for it. The bed was very nice and soft to sink into and fall asleep in after a busy day from going around.

I didn't like how some power points weren't working properly to charge my devices but I did see an elevator notice about maintenance being worked on in the night despite not being informed when checking in.

The room was big & comfy with a balcony & fridge. The balcony was big & had the smell of Chinese food from the many restaurants in Dixon Street. However I do not recomend the car park as I damaged the rims of my car,the access was too small. I noticed the parked car next to mine had same damage.

The car park access was too small for even the average size car. I damaged expensive rims. Also is it really necessary to take $200 deposit & keep it for 2 weeks?
