Apartment was big, included a kitchenette with full size fridge, bathroom clean, loungeroom and bed were comfortable. The apartments are down from the road so there's little to no road noise. Balcony off the living area with table and chairs. Aircon in living room and bedroom. Staff were super nice and helpful. There's a bucket in the bathroom which they would like everyone to use to catch the water in the shower while it's warming up, great idea 💡. The local Chinese around the corner had good food. If I stayed again, I'd probably find somewhere else to eat brekkie besides the Powerhouse Hotel across the road - it cost $35 for a continental breakfast with coffee.

Immediate impression was very, very good. Everything was clean as a whistle and all the rooms and facilities were in very good condition. The beds were nice and comfy and the kitchen and bathrooms had been recently modified to a very good standard. Overall, we were very impressed and after a few bad experiences with air bnb we reckon this was such a good experience. Oh, and the staff were very helpful and polite and were a pleasure to deal with.

There wasnt anything we didnt like about this accommodation, it fulfilled all our needs.

Upon arrival we were given two rooms upstairs. Unfortunately my mother could not use the stairs to asked for another room. This was not an issue at all for the staff and were happy to move them to the ground floor.

The stairs on all apartments to even get to the ground floor apartment. They were large steps. Would be good if you could make them 4-5 smaller steps rather than 3 large ones. Other than that the accommodation was perfect.

Location is in a quite street away from the main highway so it was quiet. The room was clean and the linen fresh. There was a real fridge for our needs. Wi-fi worked and the tv was easy to use. The buildings are relatively new and in good condition. We were so relieved with our choice after other stays in Tamworth.

Always friendly staff and reception on arrival. The property is clean and very well equipped. The outside gardens are well kept and appealing.

The overall impression is all positive. My only small issue is the kitchen floors feel slightly sticky, and could perhaps benefit from a steam mop.

Staff were friendly and had great communication. Apartment was large and clean. Close by to city centre shops.

Free wifi was patchy at best which meant we were unable to watch any tv that wasn't free-to-air even though the facilities were provided.

The location in Tamworth was amazing.

The family liked how clean and tidy the room was and helpful staff was very helpful. It's a pitying the quest accommodation will be booked out entirely for the October long weekend in 2025.

Shower amd heated bathroom were also appreciated. Spacious two bedroom apartment. Comfortable and warm bed. Wahing machine and dryer enabled me to wash and dry a load. Lounge, dining and kitchen allowed for comfortable unwinding from my drive. Air conditioned in the lounge and bedroom enabled a comfortable temperature during a cold evening and early morning. Despite a full kitchen set up, there were no saucepans or frying pans. Very minor point for a great place to be at home when away from home.

the bed wasn't the most comfortable and the pillows need to be replaced. flat and hard even when you had two pillows. other than that very nice place to stay.

The cleanliness and comfort of the room having Foxtel was a bonus to watch AFL. The quiet location was excellent. The room was perfect for my needs with internet and space for me to work at night.

No breakfast facilities - last time I stayed here the brekky was excellent.
