The beds were comfortable and soft. The motel is located on a main road, near the Figtree Grove shopping center. There're many of eateries in the surrounding area. If you wish to have a nicer dinner, it takes around 10 minutes to drive down to the Wollongong City Central. Don't forget to walk down to the Figtree Grove Shopping Center to have a Wendy's Milkshake.

The location of the motel is on a main road. You may find difficulties to make a right turn into the road during peak hours. It may also be a bit noisy because of the traffic. Our room had 1 issue. The drainage was smell (inside the bathroom). Management may need to do something about it.

All of the staff members were very friendly and they will help you for everything you need. The room was very comfy and cosy, the bed was soft and comfortable for sleep in and all the amenities that come with it were easy and accessible. Plenty of parking spaces and lovely view outside the room as it was facing the garden. Close to shopping areas as well for a quick and easy meal or takeaway. This was our second time staying at the Solomon Inn Motel Figtree in Wollongong and we will be back again for another stay.

Excellent location and environment. Everything went according to plan and no issues at all. Reception staff members were friendly and responsive. All facilities worked as expected. The exterior of the motel looked tired but the interior, environment, location and service more than made up for it. We stayed in fully renovated rooms and it was superb. Good value for money and the advert is honest. Will definitely use it again and recommend to others.

Little family owned motel with great prices. Clean, recently renovated, quiet, and great location, especially if you have a vehicle. Very safe and most amenities catered for. There's a great dog who welcomes you. The lamps with dimming and wireless charging were a great addition

It's a bit weird to have a kitchenette with no plates or cutlery was easy fixed by going to reception, though. Odd smell emanating from shower drain.

After a long drive this motel was everything we needed. The verandah sheltered our boot from the rain and we parked outside our room. There were ev chargers if we needed. The room looked onto bush and a maintained outside area. The room was spacious and clean and bed really comfortable. Most importantly the reception were helpful and communicated with us about the arrival time. We will stay again as it was an easy pleasant stay.

Garden area adjoining property is visited by fruit bats in the evening. Property is located within a short walking distance of the local Figtree shopping centre that has just about everything you need from clothing to seafood. A local pub is also situated within a short walking distance that has a good selection of meals.

WiFi was offline for a short period, but management when advised were able to reboot and bring back online.

This was the second time we have used the Solomon Inn Motel for two nights stays. On both occasions we had Hospital procedures booked and this Motel is so convenient as there are lots of food venues close to it and it is also a short straight run up to the Wollongong Hospital. The room was painted out nice and new carpet fitted, which was a pleasure compared to some motels we have stayed in over the years with their dusty, dirty and smelly rooms on offer. The People who run this Motel are helpful and welcoming, which is just what you need after a long tiring drive up from the country.

There wasn't really anything to complain about.

This property has been newly renovated and the pictures on the site are indicative of the quality of the rooms. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the bathrooms modern. There was parking in front of your room and there was little or no road noise. The kitchenette was adequate for a short stay and breakfast is available on site. Air conditioning was available, however we found the room warm enough without using the A/C. We had a very comfortable stay at this property and would book again. Accommodation was very good value for money.

We were very satisfied with our stay and have nothing to criticise

The room was very clean and fresh, the beds were comfy. The bathroom extras are great eg: shampoo, body wash. Air conditioning and TV work great.

My only suggestion would be that the front of dest person offers bowls, plates cutlery when you first arrive. Our room only had cups and glasses but we take breakfast so needed bowls etc. It would be nice to have these on hand.

Was at the back so was quiet. Nice upgrades to when I stayed before. Bed comfy but did feel like my feet were higher than my head.

There was a smell in the bathroom which they tried to fix but didn't follow up if it was gone till I left. No offer to move me. There is an info book that I wish I had read on the 1st day. It asked that people don't reverse park due to exhaust but no one did. I started to after I read the book. It also says cutlery and bowls etc available at reception, no cost listed? Breakfast was also mentioned but no cost either? I think there was a guest laundry but I couldn't see it but I didn't look very hard. Getting in and out of the driveway is a bit risky as it is on a very busy road
