The customer service was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble, you are greeted with warmth, smiles and such kindness and this continued throughout our stay Very beautiful ambience, family friendly and superb service. Everyone is very nice and makes you feel welcome especially the ladies on the front desk. I would highly recommend. Very friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The care they have for each guest exceeds expectations.

The room was fantastic- it was spacious & the all the beds were comfortable. It was in a perfect location for us as we were attending the AFL comp.

I didn’t like the No cancellation policy & it almost made me cancel my accommodation. Our trip was sport based and in the event was cancelled that was out of our control- I think that needs a review. Originally I paid to stay Mon. Tue & Wed but my son had to play league on Tuesday in Coffs so we were unable to stay Monday night but no refund or credit was offered when I spoke to the reception about my situation. I think such policies need to be based on individual situations.

Great staff, great facilities, great location. Beach is so close, pool is fantastic, mini-golf awesome, Towradgi Beach Hotel across the road is a must. Supermarkets 500m away. Free vouchers for the kids on check in is a great touch. Our 4th visit here, we will stay here every time we come to Wollongong. 10/10

Very busy in the school holidays because it is a great place to stay.

Very spacious. Nice big terrace. Washing machine and dryer were perfect so we didn’t have to take dirty washing back home. Great parking space just outside the property so not far to walk with our bags. The on-site store was a great convenience for the little things that you forget to pack.

wifi wasn’t working, toaster only had one setting working so I went through a few slices of bread before I figured out you had to time it yourself, the top quilts were in need of a wash, the benches and dining table were a little dirty so had to wipe those down and spotted a couple little roaches.

They provided more accessories than a 5-star hotel we had been just before, good coffee in the room, stuff for the kids, very kind and caring staff, the pool was just great and warm! Everything was clean and tidy, we had a very relaxing stay.

WiFi connection was a bit unstable, a bit further off from the centre, but beautiful beach location.

Close to everything with a club across the road. Loved being so close to the beach. Cabins were really cute and cosy with a fantastic deck. Very comfy beds. Loved the heated pool! We had a great time in the spa and my husband loved the sauna, it looks like an igloo on the inside. Very cool! staff were absolutely lovely, there was a weird mixup on booking.com but easily fixed up by reception without fuss.

very good facilities - with access to basketball court and cycling pathways... we were given adjacent cabins enabling quick catching up with group... proximity to Wollongong tourist spots was a bonus...

light switch on the toilets should have been inside the toilet... the people using bunk beds are exposed to the lights of the toilets...

The Resort has everything you can ask for. The room we stayed at is very clean and feels very homey, the kitchen has a coffee machine, to your own mini kitchenette. The place is quiet and secure, very family oriented. We only stayed for the night but they offer vouchers so their guest can try their indoor pool, basket ball, mini golf and kiddy play grounds. The staff are amazing and helpful. I the price isn’t unreasonable unlike all the other hotels around. I highly recommend this place and will go back again to stay if we ended up travelling in Wollongong.

The walls are very thin, you can’t hear conversations but laughter and door closing are very noticeable. My husband and and I are very worried to disturb the neighbours as our 1 year old would cry loudly every now and then in the middle of the night.

The rooms were extremely comfortable and spacious. I loved the activities that were available to do if we decided to stay at the resort. The indoor pool and spa was a big hit for the kids no matter the weather. It was a fantastic experience, would definitely recommend and will definitely be coming back.
