The wonderful, friendly service from the owner of the business, Michael. I arrived at about 10 a.m. and was given an early check-in at approximately 11:30 a.m. The room was fantastic; clean, with great views of Alexandra Headland beach. Access to local shops; the Alex Surf Club is approximately 250 meters across the road. Public transport is reasonably close as well. Currently, 50-cent fares in Queensland make for cheap travel. The swimming pool and spa were extremely clean. Finally, on my last day, I was given an extra late check-out free of charge as the room was going to be vacant that night. That's well above and beyond A-grade customer service. Thoroughly recommend staying at Aquarius Resort Alexandra Headland.

The Aquarius Resort was perfect being spacious, clean and tidy. We were in the penthouse on the 6th floor which also included a double garage for parking. A little snug but with a little direction from the other half the four wheel drive did fit. Shops, restaurants and bars were close by (within walking distance) and the best the part, the beach and Lifesaving club was just across the road. So perfect to grab a coffee and go for walk along the beach. Even though we were on the Main Street, noise was not a problem. Besides when you wake up to a beautiful sunrise and the sound of waves, nothing else matters - Perfect!!!

Great location. Great customer service. Nice and quiet, didn’t see any other guest during our short stay. Newly renovated and fitted out beautifully. Front veranda had a view out to the beach, back veranda had a beautiful view to a ?lake/dam.

Under the beds and couch looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed for a while. You had to empty your own rubbish and the shoot was so small to drop the rubbish down that you could only fit about a grocery shopping bag down at a time.

We stayed in one of the penthouses and had 6 family members and it was spacious enough for family and visitors on Xmas day. It had everything we needed in the unit and even had a beautiful Xmas setting for Xmas, a lovely touch. Overlooked the sea, but No noise from the traffic. Alex Surf club across the road and other eateries a quick walk away. Superb!

Small pool and parking a little tight however; did not affect our stay.

Even though we arrived late at night the Aquarius Resort made it both easy and secure for us to make it to our room. We also requested to stay an additional night, which the resort qranted us at the same discounted price and to top it off provided an additional secure parking for our friends who chose after hours to stay with us. This kind of personal and exceptional service is a rarity these days and made us feel not only special but completely catered for as this request was beyond the norm. Thank you again for going above and beyond to help us.

The room was beautiful and spacious. Bed and couch super comfortable. The kitchen facilities were great. Bath tub and shower amazing. Loved the decor. Pool warm! View stunning. Location perfect, across road from beach!

The noise of the road was very loud. Lots of insects in the pool, not sure if it's regularly cleaned each morning? Would have loved more of a range of teas. Was a lot of dust collected on tables and lamps.

Lovely unit with nice furniture, comfy beds & good ocean views. Both the managers were very welcoming, friendly and helpful.

We had a few issues with the unit (2 lights not working, bedroom door unable to be closed as bolt in upright locked position & tv in main bedroom preprogrammed to switch on at 4am every morning). The managers promptly solved most of the issues apart from the tv -took their advice & switched it off on the wall.

Good ocean views. Handy to all restaurants, shops, etc.. We enjoyed our stay with the exception of that mentioned below.

Cleaning not up to standard with dust and dead insects behind front and bathroom doors. Dust and debris behind front curtains. Skirting boards require cleaning of dust and fluff.

It was quiet and it felt like you were the only one there. Even when you did see other guests or staff everyone was so polite and friendly

Darker curtains if you want to sleep in, but the views are beautiful

Lovely spacious clean apartment with comfortable beds. Beautiful pool/ spa just outside of our room! Amazing location just opposite the beach and walking distance to nice restaurants, skate park, shops etc. Friendly staff who were very helpful and even organised a late check out for us! Highly recommend!!
