The resort was exceptional for our large family of 7. The 3 bedroom apartment was spacious and roomy with a great layout that suited us perfectly. The pools, spa and bbq facilities were fantastic. Only a short walk to the beach and the ability to hire towels and boogie boards from the resort made for such an easy, fun and relaxing holiday for us. We can't wait to stay again.

unfortunately there was an unsettling guest during our stay. No fault of the resort but it did put a dampener on one particular evening.

Pool and facilities very nice, clean and well presented. Manicured gardens and crystal clear pool. Location was great, very close to the beach and surf club. Apartment was well presented with everything we needed.

Staff not very friendly, extremely rules based, rude at check in and departure. Very strict on 30 min visitor parking even though there was 10-12 empty spots. They need to remember their guests are on holidays and they are working in hospitality. Didn't seem to enjoy people being there.

The accommodation was amazing, as a family we had the best time. The pools were great for our kids, very clean and well laid out. The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable with plenty of room. I would recommend mirage to anyone especially with children. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and very kind. Location was excellent, the beach was a 5 min walk. Walking distance to supermarkets, shops, coffee shops and bars. Overall we could not fault our stay. Thank you for helping us create such wonderful memories with our kids, we will definitely be back.

Nothing, it was all just as it should be!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Mirage! The apartment was massive and beautifully styled with everything we needed. The resort was a 8 min walk to the beach and shops. The pool is amazing! Master had a big comfortable bed. Loved that they had Foxtel on demand with movies. Perfect for family movie nights. Overall I was really impressed with the accommodation!

Bathrooms are dated and weren’t super clean, dusty and shower was a little grubby, definitely wasn’t cleaned/scrubbed recently particularly on the opposite side to shower- but it wasn’t so bad that it effected us. The resort really needs a vending machine or to sell basics. We were at the pool and really thirsty and couldn’t buy a drink- we had to walk to the bowling alley.

Great location which a delicious Mexican joint a stones throw away! Our kids LOVED the pool and spa and so convenient that these are heated even through the cooler months. Our room was fantastic and spacious, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and great laundry facilities that kept us up to date with our washing!

Second time visiting and it won't be our last. Great spacious rooms, fantastic pool & spa area. BBQs around resort were all clean & presentable, my teens made good use of the basketball & tennis courts when not at the pool or beach. Safe, secure, clean and tidy. Helpful staff, boogie boards & beach towels available for hire from reception too which saves on packing! Big enough that even at peak holiday times, you can find peaceful moments at the pool! Nice to have the park/lake/playground direct out front for the kids to burn some energy too.

Our room could have done with a new vacuum cleaner and some glassware had cracks in, but those are really minor issues. Can't wait to return!

Pool, Spa and Sauna Excellent gym was good location and veiw excellent

wifi was a bit hit and miss but I understand the complex was having issues We booked for 2 people but only one towel was provided in the room, was late that we discovered this and fortunately we had spare towel with us.

Was a lovely place and has a lot of things to do there

We had to take out rubbish which is fine but when we get out could not find a bigger industrial bin to put it in. Our car in over size Chevy which we had to park in the bowling centre not sure why we can’t park in the visitor car park.

The location was perfect, close to the beach, skatepark, children’s playground. We loved the pool area; the pool was a great temperature even on cooler days. The rooms were clean, big, plenty of space, were able to cook meals, had a bath for our kids. We would definitely return for another family holiday.

We traveled as a group of friends and stayed in a 3 bed room apartment. Pool area was excellent with lovely gardens and different types of pools made it interesting. The park area opposite the resort a real bonus and gave a spacious feeling and another area to explore. The apartment bedrooms were big with very comfortable beds and plenty of extra bedding.Well appointed kitchen. Very quiet at night.

The TV was overly hard to navigate. Carpets had stains. Some soft furnishings were a bit tired.
