Ocean front views, with comfortable couch and bed. Within walking distance to surf club and other eating establishments, plus 2 small grocers if cooking yourself. Surf Club has coffee from 5.30am or wait and have breakfast at 6.30am (really good sized portions for a good price).

Some things in the unit need to be updated (bathroom mainly) but everything works perfectly. Remotes for tv, you need to use 2 - just a bit confusing until you figure out what to do - should have read the instructions first. Can be noisy on the balcony because of the heavy traffic during the day.

The apartment was absolutely stunning! The decor was fab and it was very cozy. The pool area is great and the spa was always nice and hot. The receptionist was very accommodating, allowing us to store our luggage in reception until check-in. She even called us earlier to let us know our room was ready. Such a good location right across the road from the beach and near shops.

We did expect it to be a bit bigger but it was actually ideal for 2 people. You have to take your own rubbish out or else you get a fine, same with washing up dishes but we didn't mind.

The location was great with a view of the ocean. It was so relaxing for me. It was exactly what I needed. I booked at last minute and for school holidays the price was reasonable I think.

I know things can get missed, I do housekeeping for a living, but I had to clean the fridge, gave everything a wipe over and cleaned the balcony windows.

This is my ‘go to’ place for accom when travelling through Sunshine Coast. Location is great, the units are well equiped. Normally I would rate a 10 as Charli and Daniel are great managers but this time, the security door for the secure parking was buggered and not been fixed by the body corporate which caused a degree of anxiety as my vehicle was full of personal stuff as I’m moving for work purposes. it also meant anyone off the street could come in and take the lift up to any floor. It takes a big effort to keep at a good rating, then a maintenance issue like this although not the fault of the managers, can drag the rating down in no time. Hopefully the body corporate will get this security issue sorted urgently. Happy to chat further.

This was a good unit in a handy location , just across the busy road from the Beach, there were a few eateries in walking distance. The bed was comfortable , the balcony had a great view of the Ocean and the TV was a good size. The bathroom was old and had very poor lightning

This is a one bedroom unit with cooking facilities but there was NO exhaust fan in the kitchen, but there were warnings about setting off the Smoke alarm and the cost of the Fire Department, which we would have to pay. If you provide cooking facilities < put in an Exhaust fan..

Arrived a little earlier than expected and were able to get straigh in to our room. All staff were friendly and helpful. This is advertised as couples and corporate only so was nice to not have (as much as I love children) any around. Was on the forth floor and had a lovely beach view. Beach was right across the road so this was what we were looking for. Will definately return here again.

Thought that maybe some of the cutlery could've been replaced by body corporate or cleaned better by previous holiday makers.

Clean & Ideal location, seeing the Ocean & beach so close is very good therapy, kitchen needs tongs & wall clock new battery, just little unimportant items. otherwise perfect.

Definitely the location. Bed very comfortable too. Loved how stepping out of room, you still had a lovely outdoor feeling and view of Park.

Just one thing. Light outside room was on all night but luckily we could shut ensuite door to block it out.

Conveniently located to facilities and competitively priced.

Traffic noise, especially Friday and Saturday nights, was over the top with motorbike noise being worst offender.
