This was such a lovely place and so easy to get to by train. We booked for 4 adults (2 parents and 2 over 16 year old kids). Our room actually had two separate rooms- one for the parents and then another room with 2 single beds for the kids. It was very nice and quite spacious. It also had a little balcony with a dining table. Staff were lovely and very helpful when the lock on one of our bags wouldn't open. The directions provided by staff in emails were very clear and thorough- we were able to easily find both locations as they are just around the corner from each other. Sad that I didn't remember to take photos.

The new lady on reception (Sylvia? 🤔) was brilliant in her assistance and follow-up. We inadvertently booked the wrong year, and she was instrumental in getting it sorted. When we arrived, Ian was equally as helpful and efficient. We loved our room. Bigger than we expected, very clean and quiet. It was a hot day and the air-conditioning was on when we arrived. Very thoughtful. We used the shared bathroom, again very clean, his and hers toilet. Additional sink and small fridge in room. Sadly, we left before breakfast was served but would definitely stay again.

Location was great for our stay. The room could have been dusted correctly, it was very dusty on power points and even when I used a wine glass, it left a dust ring including on the glass itself. I did clean the glasses and left a note for your staff. Just a little more attention to detail is needed. The entry hall way needs a good clean, its a little daunting when walking to the room. Other than those couple of things it was satisfactory.

Julie the manager is very friendly. The room was all I needed. Small and Compact but clean and serviceable. The shared toilet and bathroom was clean and within easy access to my room. I enjoyed chatting to the other travellers in the beautiful garden setting. Although situated on a busy thoroughfare in Ascot the traffic noise was minimal. Shops are located a 5 minute walk away with everything a traveller would require. I chose this location due to a 10 minute taxi ride to the airport. It was also a short taxi ride from the train station when I arrived from Central Station.

I liked it that the name said it all - it is Budget Accommodation - nothing fancy, but all the basic bases covered. Tea and Coffee and biscuit in bedroom, airconditioning, sink in room. Bathroom and toilet facilities were shared but fine. Some people were seen smoking in areas outside the hotel but the rooms were smoke free and fine. The breakfast was very basic - toast, cereal, tea and coffee - and did the job. Location pretty good for one night stay between airport and international cruise terminal. Staff allowed late check-out on request. Supermarket close by and shops about a 12 minute walk to restaurants etc.

Loved the room Also it had 4 beds 2doubles 2 singles which that info wasn't know when booked or I would have took my mum with me before our flight back to melb Standard queen room said 1 double bed when I booked

No lift only luggage lift which i didnt find out untill after we carried suitcases up 2 flights of stairs and i have back issues Also no designated parking I asked for a parking spot got there and nothing tried to ring n got told they don't hold parking and only have a few spots so first in best dressed then told I could park in disabled spot

The people were friendly. It was a small room but it suited my purpose for a one night stay. It was very convenient to the venue I had to attend on the night. It is close to the airport. Everything was clean and tidy including the shared bathrooms. I appreciated complimentary continental breakfast that was supplied.

An additional glass to have a drink of water

This place is perfect for a quick stay overnight while in transit. That's why im always there. It's super close to some good food options and a little bit longer (10 mins walk) to a heap of food options. I got there earlier than expected, but they cleaned my room for me and let me in. Always accommodating and brilliant service. If I'm not staying here, it's because I didn't book in time.

The location to the Brisbane International airport was excellent especially for an early outgoing flight. The room was very clean but for a one night stay it was excellent. The staff were very friendly and was keen to offer information on where is get a nice meal that was close to the accommodation.

For the price of the one night stay, the room was acceptable. It was very basic and the shared toiler and showers were a short walk from the room.

Julie was amazing and allowed us to store our bags before checking in both times. Very accommodating for us. Even offered umbrellas 🌂 due to the wet weather. Great accommodation for price beds very comfortable. Would stay again if in QLD

Dusty underneath beds and skirting boards need a bit more attention with the cleaning. Son has dust allergies so was more noticeable.
