I booked this motel as it was pet friendly and I had some kittens to lodge early in the morning and then had a flight out myself the following day. The rooms were dated but clean. It’s close to the airport so very convenient.

Only cutlery was a knife and teaspoon which made it a little difficult to eat food brought back to the motel. I was also a little bit taken back by, I’m presuming, the cleaning manager, when I met her in the hallway while taking a kitten to the car. She asked what room I was in, how many pets I had, was I making sure they were not going to pee on the carpet or anywhere else. (I actually had the kittens in a secure enclosure in the room) Then told me nobody told her I was coming with pets and she should have been told! It was a little confronting and made me feel like I had done something wrong - I booked a pet friendly room and disclosed the number of pets and what the pets were when I booked.

Room , clean, spacious and a pleasant smell (which is important). I had a balcony one of the reason i chose the motel. Thoughtfully, an ashtray was provided on the balcony. i was surprised at finding a gem , I travel quite often and this motel will be my first choice near Brisbane Airport. Close to Racecourse Rd , lots of dining options, less that a 20$ uber from the Airport. I didn't have time to try the in house restaurant, however upon check out, looked like some good value breakfast options there.

A/H checkin was an ordinary experience.

was really central to the Airport and also where we had to take our dog for quarantine for an international flight, the manager was friendly and helpful, a bit dated but definitely would recommend for a pet-friendly motel, central to restaurants and a dog park over the road, and also has an onsite restaurant for convenience, food was great, would recommend.

Beds are very comfortable rooms are very cosy and clean.

Restaurant on the property. Paid over $60.00 for dinner meal. Over cooked dried half burnt chicken schnitzel, steak looking like a fat rock heavily over cooked asked for medium rare. Overdose on the salt tasted like salty beach water. Salad the only edible food. Very disappointing unsatisfactory 2/10.

Communication - excellent - received a text message advising that reception was going to close at X time but as I got there the receptionist was just walking out and still assistant me with accessing the security box and finding my key / spoke to me about parking.

Nothing - I was able to purchase snacks and the Restuarant whilst quiet did a fantastic meal - couldn't even eat it all.

Room a good size and the bed was comfortable and it had a good walk in shower [ instead of having to climb into a bath for a shower] and it was also good to have a lift to take us upstairs instead of having to lug our bags up a flight of stairs

TV could not be comfortably watched from the couch, had to sit on the bed

Very clean. I was able to check in after hours by calling the night manager number they provided. Thank god because I’m from out of the country and if not for that, I would have had no where to stay that night. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I woke up in the night to use the restroom and there were ants in the sink.

Nice and handy to the airport. Annette the manager was very nice room clean , tidy and spacious .

The room smelt highly of bleach which is an issue for me and I although I know it’s important to maintain the hygiene there are other less offensive cleaners on the market . Also door needs an inside lock or some kind of additional security .

The beds were amazingly comfortable! Such a central location and great value for money. We had a very pleasing experience and would happily stay again.

The aged bath tub was a bit of a turnoff. It didn't appear completely clean.

Staff were lovely and super accommodating. I stayed for over 2 weeks. Cleaners were also lovely and thorough as well. Older building but good value for money and i felt safe there.
