Thanks for a great stay! Pity about the weather otherwise the pool would have been great! Everything I had arranged months beforehand had been setup, without having to reorganise it. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, it's great for families and feels really safe. Onsite parking is a plus and the Coffee shop around the corner is convenient. Thanks for a great stay 😊

The process was a 'little' tricky to access the building. A note that you MUST download the app prior to arrival would be a good idea. Mobile internet is almost non-existent in the carpark so it took a while to download the app to access the building. The wifi is spotty in the apartment it did drop out from time to time. It isn't that I didn't like the place, just improvements.

Excellent experience with Rambla. Faultless comms and information, including arrival of the phone based electronic key which worked perfectly. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment which was comfortable, modern and nicely appointed with everything you’d need for a few nights in Brisbane. Spotlessly clean. Small gym and rooftop pool, the latter with BBQ area with views over Bowen Hills and the city in the distance. Parking in the basement was easy to access with the electronic key, no problems finding a space. 5 minute walk to Bowen Hill’s rail station and then less than 10 minutes into Brisbane Central. We didn’t explore the area but appeared to be mainly industrial units rather than plentiful shops and restaurants but, as I say, central Brisbane was a hop and a jump away by train. Our go to place when we are in Brisbane now.

Nothing not to like

The structure and apartment are very modern, minimalist, and welcoming. The apartment is functional and in a strategic location, close to the airport and the city center. The pool is very beautiful.

The structure is very welcoming but a bit too technological. There is no reception; instead, there is an electronic “key card” accessible via a link, which is needed to enter the building, use the elevators, and access the room—without it, you cannot go anywhere. Without the facility’s Wi-Fi, access is not possible.

The apartment was spacious and clean. There is a Merlo Coffee Roaster just around the corner, a one minute walk and this was great for breakfast. We also went for a walk along the foreshore.

Although it was handy not having a physical room key, it was a bit frustrating trying to get the lift to open using our phone. I didn't download the APP (which you don't need internet for), but chose to use the links (which you did use internet for). The pool area was nice, but a bit of shade would have been appreciated as it was very hot.

Incredible location with great facilities. All in all I will definitely be staying again. Both times I have stayed I have enjoyed it and never been disappointed

Only down fall would be that the washing machines and dryers in the rooms don't work properly. My clothes would come out dripping wet from the washing machine even after just the spin dry cycle. They would also come out of the dryer just steaming hot and not dry. That's after I rinced them out by hand to get the excess water out.

There was no breakfast service, therefore can’t make a comment. Location was good. Once you got your bearings, it was quite easy to travel about by private vehicle. Apartment was a great size for two adults. Bathroom was huge! Cooking utensils provided were great! Maybe a couple of décor microwave bowls, would be a great addition! Loved that our vehicle was undercover and secured! Bed was large and comfortable! Need power point next to bedside table, closest to built in wardrobe - could not use bedside lamp!!! The other bedside table next to balcony had a double power point - which was great - could use for lamp and phone charger!!! Had to purchase an extension lead, to plug in to power point on opposite wall, to enable use of bedside lamp and phone charger! Private laundry in apartment was a big bonus!!!

Difficulty checking in with locked key box. At first, couldn’t find the key box, then wasn’t sure how to use it. Had to ring the 1300 number to get help - staff person was very helpful and friendly. Had difficulty using the lift! No information was given about using the physical key to operate lift! Once all sorted, it was easy to come and go from apartment. Just a bit overwhelming for a tech savvy novice, on checking in!!! Need better and more information!

I really enjoyed my stay at Rambla Perry House! It was quiet, despite facing out onto a major road. The king bed was very comfy and the kitchen had everything I could need for a 3 night stay. The AC was amazing, and much needed. But the best part for me was the rooftop pool - a gorgeous area and somehow, every morning I had it to myself and got a few lengths in the pool before breakfast! The location was perfect for me, close to my office and an easy 5 walk to the train station (then 15 mins into central CBD). The digital key card worked fine for me, I had no issues using it.

Nothing really. I suppose if I’d gone to Brisbane for leisure and not work, the location would have felt a bit out of the way as there’s no local supermarkets or stores nearby.

Everything was mostly great! Comfortable, clean, great location, good communication, good gym.

The one thing that brought it down was the bad internet. Could not use the tv in the bedroom as there was no internet connection and it wouldn’t allow chrome casting either. The tv in lounge worked sometimes but signal and internet was very poor cutting out regularly. I was in Brisbane for a medical procedure so was hoping to rest in the hotel room afterwards watching tv but the bad signal effected this aswell as my husband struggling to connect to wifi to do his work. Otherwise we were very happy and will still book again next time.

The property was very modern and comfortable. Easy to navigate and stunning views. Lovely area and beautiful room.

We were traveling from NZ without data so it would have been helpful to have wifi from the lobby/before you enter the room due to everything being electronic. We didn’t receive the email from Rambla with the link to download the app to access the key till 5:30pm even though we said we’d check in at 3pm.

Bed was very comfortable and the rooms were quiet with little street noise or noise from doors/hallways and other guests.

The checkin process was clunky with various steps and stages to it. And the lift app, steps and stages to accessing the lifts was stupid...also no internet in lifts so you had to kind of sort it out before you got in and then jump in and hit the right button while the app had internet. Also did not receive any checkout instructions until an hour after we had left.
