It was nice and comfortable

Everything was good only one thing that was so disappointing we have to get up from 4am to catch the plane at 6 to come to to royal brisbane hospital for a emergency operation was at the hospital all day came to the motel at 630pm and had a very cold shower that was disappointing I rang the emergency service they said its a technical issue with the hot water from 6pm to 10pm thats not fair and would not refund a little bit for being inconvenience That's a bit tough when all I wanted to do was have a hot shower from being in the hosiptal all day

Location was only a five-minute drive to the conference that I was attending. Love the new carpet smell. Beautiful soft pillows. I didn't have to take anything as it was all in the room. Staff were able to explain where to park in a safe space overnight when their carpark was full. It was only a 1-minute walk to the hotel lift. To get into parking it was in behind in a quiet lane so no worries about getting in and out of traffic. Explanations of the Annexe details were presented on the TV, how to use it etc.

I am not used to traffic, so the noise from this was probably the only downfall, although this is part of staying so close to the city and in no way their fault.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were very accommodating when we needed to leave our car there while we had an appointment across the street at the hospital after checking out. There was everything we needed in the room plus more. The bed was comfortable and clean. We couldn't hear any traffic noises. Perfect location for anyone needing to visit the hospital.

The apartment had a funky smell when we entered so I think a good drain clean may be needed. Also the floor was dirty like a dirty mop had been used on it so I had to leave my shoes on. We found the apartment had everything we needed and more but a couch to sit on to watch TV would be nice as being older in years it wasn't very comfortable sitting on the bed.

Location was great, across the road from RBWH Bus Station on Wren St. Lovely receptionist when we arrived who was very informative about security doors needing key tags after 6pm and accessing wifi, getting an Uber, etc. Very spacious apartment with everything you need. Comfortable place to relax after a long day out. Places to eat close by also. Was a easy to jump on scooter or walk to city. Favourite restaurant Vietnam House on Wickham St only 20min walk.

Can be noisy when door for balcony was open as i stayed in Wren St side but when closed it blocks out. Not completely but you will still get a good sleep if sleeping during the day. Jug needs to be replaced as had build up of residue so couldn’t have hot drinks from it.

It has a good size kitchen equipped with an oven and stove top, dishwasher, and necessary appliances that I needed to prepare food for a family of 4. It also has a washing machine and a dryer, so it helped me keep up with the laundry whilst on holiday.

Car park around the apartment is limited. The place did have the car lift system, but hubby did all the driving the car in and out of the lift and the car park as it's a bit tricky for me.

All amenities are available: washing machine, dishwasher, all needed detergents, kitchen utensils, large fridge, two bathrooms, you name it

The parking is not included. It is $15 per night. I did not know about that until I concluded the reservation. But this is a small addition compared to the room rent. Also, the parking lift was a bit complicated to use and takes a lot of time to take your car out, specially in rush hours. Yet, there were two car lifts. Also, the building, and bathrooms especially, were a bit old

We booked this apartment as it was next to the hospital where our son was in ICU. (He is now back home with us, recovering). The staff were lovely and very supportive, especially to our daughter who arrived before us. The apartment was very clean and was cleaned once a week and the beds changed as we were there for three weeks. It had air conditioning which for us was great as we had come over from the UK It was also just over the road from the hospital and a main bus station giving us good access into Brisbane and local supermarkets

Although the location was good for us , it was quite noisey at night due to the sound of helicopters echoing around the nearby buildings and a homeless person banging doors in the nearby carpark. The sofa inside the flat was low and very uncomfortable for three people. The bathrooms both had a slightly raised bit to get into them, causing us to stub our toes on several occassions.

Location being immediately over the road from the Royal Brisbane Womens Hospital was exactly what I was needing for the trip's purpose. A pleasant surprise was that there is a bus station on the edge of the hospital grounds which goes straight into the city so usage of the bus replaced intended usage of train (train station proximity not as convenient); that city bus system is a fantastic use of the infrastructure with dedicated driving lanes, proper bus "stations" and easy signage. Faciltiies within the room being full cooking and washer/dryer was great. Room was clean.

Being over the road from the hospital, siren noise from ambulances exists daytime and through to evening but stops overnight so there was no interruption to overnight sleeping. As a temporary issue, the TV was not usable as the FoxTel boxes are all being upgraded and, in the interim, the old "bunny ears" antenna was provided except that it was unable to pick up clear signal despite a good half hour of trying every which way. That will improve once the upgrades are completed.

The place was great. Booked a two-bedroom apartment and it had all amenities needed for a short stay, including small kitchenette with all supplies for cooking and also a washing machine and dryer. The apartments are centrally located and across from the Royal Brisbane Women's Hospital Bus Station which made travelling around the city very convenient. Would recommend and stay again.

The apartment was large and the location right across from the bus station and hospital is ideal. You can get to the CBD in 15-20 minutes, easy. The kitchen has everything you need and the bathroom was great. There is plenty of closet space for storage as well.

I don't have much to dislike. Communication between staff and customers could be better. I noticed my TV box was swapped out one day I didn't expect anyone in the room. Not a big deal, but some notice would have been appreciated.
