Conveniently located 12mins from the airport and attached to a nice Tavern. Food was great value and taste. Bed and linen was soft and comfortable. Room was a good size and the bathroom was clean. Price was cheap for the high quality room.

Shower was small and had a large shower head that was not height adjustable and made it difficult to stand and wash in. All good for someone shorter than 5ft10in but I'm 6ft4in so it was hard to move with a 10inch shower head at chin level. Also there is a Maccas drive thru right next door and you can hear people ordering all the time which was a little annoying.

Comfortable room, close to shops and restaurants. Free drink vouchers and 10% off at the bistro. The room service was awesome. Massive pieces of garlic bread and the sticky date pudding were delicious and huge and served with extremely generous amounts of cream and ice cream. The room and bathroom were spotless. .

Pillows were uncomfortable, although the bed and linen were very comfortable. , Unfortunately idiots were hooning around the shopping centre car park at all hours, and there was a very loud rubbish truck banging bins at 5.30 am. McDonald's is only metres away, and you could hear the conversations over the speakers.

Great place if you don’t mind not being on the seafront. Parking outside my room that was clean and spacious. There are plenty of places within easy walking distance for food and drink.

Due to the location I did hear lorries (bin wagons at a guess) very early in the morning but it was only for a short time.

The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Parking is provided at the front of the rooms. It was very affordable and perfect for our overnight stay. The room provided all the essentials we needed. The Edge Hill Tavern also provided great food and friendly service with discounted drinks and dinner for the residents staying in the accomodation. We definitely recommend staying there. We attended a band at the Tavern, so it provided the perfect accommodation and met all the criteria. 😃😃😃

Clean and comfortable, contemporary style. It's exactly like any hotel room - but the price is incredible. Only place I stayed during my Australia trip where the room gave free food (breakfast pack and bag of sweets, plus water bottles). Good dining options nearby. Location was perfect for my first-thing flight out of the airport the next day. Netflix on the TV worked first time (again, unlike every other place I ever stayed).

Most comftorble bed ever!!! Nice cold aircon!!! Beautiful shower pressure!! Undercover parking and could park right outside our door. Facilities are great, delicious menu availble from Tavern for room service. Friendly Staff. Daily room service and Cleaning staff were so accomodating and wonderful with replenishing when we didnt need room service. Location is in a great spot, Maccas right next door, small shopping villlage nearby with IGA, Definatley staying again!! Larger rooms available with kitchens, will consider for our next stay as it will be longer.

Couldnt order room service for breakfast lol, but honestly the only thing for us was not having a 'do not disturb' sign to prop in the window or hang on door to conveniance the cleaners. We took turns having a nap incase room service popped around while we were napping. No biggie though. Really loved it..maybe just for the smaller rooms for short stays, a chux cloth and washing detergent satchets to wash cups, glasses n spoons :D

Convenience shopping centre walking distance.

My friend and I had the single bed each l found were uncomfortable how they sunk in. However I have stayed in the rooms with double and they are very comfortable.

Comfy beds with good quality pillows, very clean rooms, location easy access to family. Easy parking, nicely updated rooms.

Unsure if continental breakfast pack was free or needed to be paid for as there were no signs stating such, so we didn't use them. But if they were free that would be a lovely touch and would be greatly appreciated.

Nightcap at edge hill tavern was amazing honestly. It was so spacious, the location was amazing because it was so close to so many shops which made it easy for me and my partner because we didn’t have to drive since everything was a walk away.And the place itself was just a quite peaceful place. Definitely my new go to spot whenever I come up to cairns for holidays.

The manager was very nice and gave me a queen room although I had booked a twin room. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the room was very clean. Had a lovely meal of chicken snitzle from the Tavern. Great staff.

I liked the place and location only it can get a bit noisy with traffic because it’s right next to shops. No complaints really as l only stayed one night.
