Water park was great! It does need some love in a few spots but overall it’s a great fun area for kids! Jumping pillow and mini golf were also lots of fun! Pool and bar/restaurant facilities were great and the layout suited us well. Our unit was a bit dated but clean and very comfortable with an updated kitchen and bathrooms - also very much appreciated the washing basket and drying rack supplied.

The hours for the water park are a bit short given the long days of summer! Could easily have used it being open from 8/8:30 - 6pm. However I do appreciate that it does need cleaning etc. Our unit only had air con in the living and main bedroom - so 2 bedrooms only had ceiling fans which weren’t super effective. It was manageable with keeping doors open and letting the air cycle through the whole unit but if the rooms were occupied with adults instead of a family with kids it might have been more of an issue.

Great place to holiday with young family, wonderful water park and pool/spa area. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, lot's of variety. Beds were very comfy and bathroom spacious and plenty of room for hanging towels. Our kids locked their toys in the safe accidentally and maintenance was very understanding and came to the rescue promptly.

More of a privacy fence/tall hedges along roadside that runs adjacent to the jumping pillows, climbing frame would be ideal. A discarded water bottle and hand towel outside a room was there from Friday night untill Sunday morning even when we saw multiple workers walk by. Not a big deal but something that caught our attention.

Great place for the whole family, Fantastic waterpark, mini put and playgrounds with pillow trampoline. And the pools are heated so would be good in winter months. Rooms were clean with mini fridge.

For some reason the aircon wasn’t functioning properly and we had a bad nights sleep due to 25 degree heat (tried turning it down to 18 with no luck and also no fan) hot in the peak of summer. Other visitors had said the same experience as we heard them saying the next day. We didn’t complain because it was the only downfall of the place and was our last night there- hopefully it was rectified once we left. And we hope by the time we return again

we have stayed prior to the waterpark upgrades and loved the convenience of shopping centres just over the road, take out options & the beach just a small trip up the road so it was perfect with so many activities for our little ones to enjoy would love to bring the entire family to book out rooms again to enjoy another stay breakfast buffet was included in our stay & it was amazing reception staff were very accommodating & kind upon checking in & checking out

we stayed on level 2 on the end it didn’t bother us but we’re concerned someone was smoking marijuana in the rooms as it smelt so bad when walking down the hallway to the lifts we actually thought it may have been the reason why the evacuation alarms went off during our stay.

The breakfast was delicious-ticked all the boxes. The location of our rooms was perfect. Straight up the lift and there they were. That rooms were huge and easily accommodated our family of four. The kitchenettes were well stocked with cooking equipment. I loved the way that we could have our drinks by the pool, and that there were kiosks available both a In the pool area and the water park. Nothing was too far from anything else. The lagoon was gorgeous, so tranquil, and we loved having our breakfast outside on the verandah to take in its beauty. My eight year old grand daughter enjoyed looking for tadpoles and also that enormous eel that skidded easily under the water. There was so much to do that she was ever bored. The local shopping centre was within walking distance too, which was handy.

We had wished that the restaurant had been open last 7:45. We knew that we wouldn’t be ready to eat til about 7:00. As a result we dined at a local club instead. We had adjoining rooms, and it would have been handy to have a doorstop to allow us to keep the doors open between the rooms.

We have been a few times over past 5 years. The Executive family rooms have nice comfortable beds and kitchenette is in need of a toaster possibly could do with an extra sink especially because you need to wash up in the bathroom sink ... These rooms are run down the bathroom has door stoppers on the tiles that are broken I almost fel over a couple times, the glass tables in the rooms are possibly a hazard the chairs in the rooms are cracked and chipped looks old & can appear dirty.These rooms particularly need revamping. We absolutely love coming here however & it is a great resort for families.

Kid pool was excellent. Suitable for my kid's age. There are types of accommodations we can choose from. Supermarket is next door.

The sink position in the bathroom was very high. Our 4yrs old kid couldn't reach it to wash hands. Even hard for myself to wash my face... also there were a few nails poking out from the gap between kitchen tiles and carpet. I accidentally stepped on them without notice them. Luckily i got only scratched my toe, but we had to cover them with tick towel to protect our kid during our stay. Hope its fixed by now.

The room was clean, bed was comfy, enough pillows, can get fresh towels when you need them. Coffee, tea etc as standard. The park and things for kids is great, can’t recommend enough!

I felt like it was getting a bit old and tired, the pool and park needs a REALLY good clean. The kids don’t care obviously but there’s signs of the age of the place if you look. The toilets in the play park are a bit grim, and the water slides could use a good clean but honestly it’s nothing that would make me not come back.

Ideal location to be able to park the car & enjoy the resort facilities & within walking distance to Woolworths, take away outlets & calm waters for the kids to swim. Kids loved the water park & would spend most the day entertaining themselves there.

We stayed in kookaburra wing & our room was located ground floor next to foyer entrance & lifts. You could hear guest enter & exit the building up to 10pm whilst the pool was open. We were there through school holidays so I assume through quiet periods this wouldn’t be as bad.

I am shocked that anyone would give this place a poor review. The rooms were very spacious and had clearly recently been renovated, we couldn't fault them. Everything was very clean including the very large bathroom with a walk-in shower. The pool and water park were a stand-out feature and our daughter loved every moment. All of the staff were lovely and polite.

In the evenings the rooms were a little noisy being able to hear kids in other rooms, but this wasn't a big issue and only for short periods, able to get plenty of good sleep overnight.
