The property had everything you need from all kitchen appliances, vacuum, brooms, games, excellent smart tv. Could not ask for more.

The fact there were only stairs and no lifts with only one way out in emergency. If you are at all elderly or unable to carry bags up to 4th floor I suggest asking for a ground floor room. Not the proprietors fault but as I’d booked accommodation in advance before knowing I was having a knee replacement, on arrival finding out we were on the 4th floor and no lift made it hard for me to get out and about so spent a lot of my time staying behind as I couldn’t continue to go up and down and accomodation was fully booked so couldn’t even move room.

It was in a great location. The apartment was a great size and the kitchen was well appointed.

The garage is very small, so parking is tricky. There's no milk in the fridge on arrival, just a few of those little pod things. There's a washing machine and dryer, but no washing power. You need to clean and take out the rubbish when you leave and if you leave dishes or rubbish in the unit, they can charge you $40. Takes away from the holiday feel a bit, but you could always budget the extra $40 in to your accommodation planning if you don't want to do it. The beds were a bit hard and it would benefit with some newer more comfy bedding!

I love how is so peaceful and relaxing and enjoyable and quiet. The beach Just a walk from the hotel and the shop around the corner and has a little swimming pool overall it's a nice place I'll come back again. By the way they have There own utensils you don't need to bring yours you'll just have to wash it and it's has dishwasher too.

The only thing if you're to unfit or much older the stairs to your hotel if you get the top level but it's worth it the view from the top you can see the beach.

The location is only about 100 metres walk from Bulcock beach and there are plenty of cafe's and bars nearby. It is also a similar distance to the main shopping street of Caloundra. Access to the parking garage was easy - use a key for entry/ exit with a dedicated carpark for each unit. We found Caloundra a great base for exploring the Sunshine Coast. The apartment was well equipped with cooking/ eating utensils, with full kitchen facilities if needed.

Perfect location. Comfortable apartment. Showers had good pressure. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils.

Could do with a good clean. Raised the cleanliness issue with the manager who did not take it too well. Called me anal and offered to refund our money and for us to go somewhere else. We travel a lot and have never had to raise a cleanliness issue and most definitely have never been met with such attitude. Having read previous reviews and comments from Tranquil Shores, we are not surprised 😂

The manager was super friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic a very short walk to the beach and to the Main Street.

The only thing we struggled with was not having an elevator purely because we were carrying 2 babies and a toddler up the stairs and then doing multiple trips to get bags etc. in summer gets a bit hot and sweaty but it’s not too many flights of stairs so it’s manageable in the end and worth it when you have the location and friendly staff.

We stayed at Tranquil Shores Caloundra for a weekend with the family and had a fantastic time. The apartment was spotless, and the communication regarding check-in was smooth and clear. The location couldn't have been better—just a short walk to the beach, cafes, and the lively Sunday markets. My kids absolutely loved it here and are already asking when we can return! We would definitely recommend Tranquil Shores for a relaxing, family-friendly stay.

What a fabulous location at a really affordable price point. We were blown away by how close to the beach we were and the beautiful view from our balcony. The apartment was fresh with relatively modern furnishings and worked really well for our family. It was super handy to be able to hire a high chair too. The manager was friendly and helpful - even providing an umbrella on a rather wet day.

The close proximity to beach and shops was great! The grounds were well maintained and easy access.

As it was advertised as a “family holiday apartment” it would have been nice for a couple of items to be replenished or available during our stay Eg: garbage bags, dishwashing liquid, glad wrap/foil, salt & pepper, bath towels being replaced or washing power provided so we could wash them and toilet paper.

Light, aerie, spaceful rooms, very clean. Quiet hotel: the staff informed us about strict noise policy, which is no kids running and screaming after 8pm, fair enough, that was for everyone's benefit. The stay was tranquil. Our two bedroom with ensuite located on the third floor with absolutely stunning view on the sea and Glasshouse mountains. Good price for this location+ cleanliness. The kitchen had plenty of cutlery, plates, toaster, kettle. There was an ironing board and modern washing and drying machines.

All was fine, except there was not clear explanation where to throw garbage: it looks like the hotel does not have yellow bins for recycling. Only red general waste bins and small bin for glass.
