Breakfast menu was great ,youn men on had orooke skills in spades,Ubgirtunatek,out of their control a dreadful influx of flies ,apparently only in morning ,maybe draw by fruit at base if Pandanus palms,had to leave early bits placed in bag and apologised.Iother Ither patrons trying to eat too. Unfortunately ,I had had to throw out our meals .I fid return on two occasions later for a cool drink .As lovely boys had said only in morning .I would employ these two young and men in a heartbeat .They went over and beyond, and super friendly .

Perfect is the only word to describe the resort. The buildings are located right on the beach, which has surf guards, and the resort staff were friendly and helpful, especially on how to use the door lock key-fob and how to use the car-park. Our unit had a fantastic sea view, and was very clean and the kitchen area was fully stocked with everything you could want to use, even down to egg cups for boiled eggs. I can not think of anything that needed to be improve or upgraded. We will most certainly be staying here again.

The location is fantastic, right on the beach cafes underneath and beach bar. The unit was clean with comfortable furniture in the living area. Would stay here again.

The layout is a bit bizarre but did give us a laugh-the bath opening out to the living room. There weren't enough supplies for 5 days stay (2 toilet rolls and 1 sachet of dishwashing liquid)-next time I would ensure I brought my own supplies.

The after hours staff was super friendly and helpful. The location being right next to the beach with the restaurants and cafes directly underneath was amazing. The pool was huge and super inviting! The room was much bigger than I anticipated and very welcoming and homely.

The check-in staff was a bit rude and seemed that we were an inconvenience and wasn't very helpful especially being 10mins to her closing time and then closing early than advertised meaning we needed to get in contact with after hours. There was also a bit of umm "fecal matter" left on the outside of the main toilet bowl (which you really had to look for), but other than that the room was super clean.

Loved the location, loved the large, well maintained pool, loved the 2 cafes adjacent, liked the little games room, main bedroom was great, kitchen, laundry equipment, fridge all good. Liked the atmosphere of Rolling Surf it was not as anonymous as some of the newer build resorts. I booked out of season at a lower price.

2nd bedroom single beds sheet and pillows had musty, sweaty smell. I would be more inclined to shop around when prices are higher even though l enjoyed my stay.

The location is amazing - Kings Beach is right across the little path with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The pool is also great, especially for children. The spa bath and the private rooftop were nice extras as well.

The unit was still dirty: sand in most areas, the bedsheets were dirty, and some of the glasses appeared to have only been rinsed with water and put back (as they stunk of off milk). I was initially worried that the unit only had sliding doors seeing as we were travelling with 2 children under 3 but that wasn't a problem in the end.

Pool entry room was great! Two bedroom with two bathrooms was also great, kids enjoyed time in the bathroom spa. Kitchen was complete with everything including containers to store leftover food. Love love the location, the beach and coffee shops so close!

Our room was located at the end of the pool that was not heated, this we were not informed of at all. Our Oven did not work, however I was able to use the oven in our friends room. Supermarket is a distance way needed a car for a big shop.

We were very impressed with this resort. The location is amazing. We had the two bedroom swim up room no 38. The room itself was great - modern furnishings, very comfy bed and spotlessly clean. It was also very quiet. The resort also hires out beach towels and boogie boards for the duration of your stay. It is a short walk to the main street in Caloundra and right on the beautiful boardwalk. Initially I was tossing up between this place and a room with an oceanview a few blocks from the beach. I'm so glad we went with Rolling Surf as having the beach at your doorstep was fantastic.

Rolling Surf is of my favourite place to stay in Caloundra. I love the easy access to the ocean, walkways, and cafes. The units are clean + spacious . Each morning, the complex walkways + pool areas were washed down to sparkling clean 😊

* Drains in the shower/ bathroom were a tad smelly (sometimes can't be helped in units) * No microwave safe pasta/rice cooking bowls * No shot glasses * Deck furniture needed more cushions

Location was great - right near the beach, with cafe's, bars and restaurants downstairs and more within easy reach. Apartment was quite spacious, and the pool looked great, although we didn't use it because it was not really swimming weather. Having a full kitchen and laundry in the apartment was very convenient and a great money saving feature. Our room was poolside, but we had glimpses of the ocean from the balcony.

Some tables in the lounge area (coffee table or side table) would have been useful. Our parking space was a pain - right up against a wall with limited turning space, but not much they could do about that.
