the space in the apartment, air-conditioning, cooking facilities, laundry facilities and the balcony with the ocean view every morning. The efficiency of the owner replacing the washing machine that was faulty and resort staff were unaware of at the beginning of my stay. fabulous resort and friendly staff members to deal with very helpful with providing me with the use of the staff laundering my clothes when i was out of a washing machine. professional attitude and top notch service

on the last night the neighbors were tapping on the glass squares and then looking through the louvres and trying to climb over the balcony according to my partner and was annoying

We absolutely LOVED everything about our stay, the staff were sooo amazing, kind and helpful, our room was absolutely stunning and our arrival gifts were beyond incredible and generous, the facilities were really awesome and super clean and the location was absolutely phenomenal ❤️!!! The Brekky downstairs near the front entrance (Frocals) was sooo mouth watering, we had to eat there every morning, it was sooo amazing!! We couldn’t recommend this hotel and cafe enough, best little getaway ever!! We will be back more and more 🙏🏼🤩💚, thank you for everything 🥰

Having breakfast included in our stay was the deal maker.....a lovely breakfast too....Nice location has a sea pool and the beach and the hotel had a pool...a good choice for swimming in that area... .

The walls were a bit thin...we could hear a few noises from the other apartment.....the company may need to supervise children in the spa......in one instance I was in the spa...4 kids came in...2 youngest kept putting their heads under the water and splashing around......kids under 14 should not be allowed in the spa with out their parents...would be a good policy for the adults enjoying the spa..... The choice of food is limited in that area to pub food or pizza...would be nice to have other food shops open up like Indian, Greek, or healthier options.....

This is something so minor but would be a total upgrade - the blinds between the two apartment balconies are a bit awkward as the divider is quite open/not private - would be amazing if there was a privacy screen or something between the two apartment balconies. Hope that makes sense as it is so minor as we LOVED our stay. Thanks so much!

This resort is in a great location, with beautiful views of the ocean. The included breakfast was great! The staff, Jake in particular, were really friendly and accommodating. The included parking was also very secure and wifi included in the room was fast. We also loved that we could cast to the TV to be able to unwind and watch our favourite shows

The beds were quite lumpy and not very comfortable. Whilst the general cleaning in the apartment was of an acceptable standard, the apartment could probably do with a deep clean to address things like air conditioners (the room smelt a bit musty) and the curtains were stained.

The location is fantastic!

The breakfast could be better. Just one egg and toast, no tea or coffee included. Charge a little extra or eliminate it all together.

Jackpot with location. After a 'trying' year, Shearwater was perfect for us to relax on the balcony overlooking the sea and the park below. Sunsets are beautiful. Went for long walks (me) or runs (partner), stroll to the beach, the pool, the eateries. Proximity to the Surf Club another bonus. Shout out to ALL the Staff, I've never come across such a friendly, professional group of people.

We had big issue checking in cause our credit card didn't match the card booked under and my husband wasn't with us so was a major issue that we have never come up with b4 We always book through booking .com with same card and he never comes and we never have an issue We almost missed a very important appointment due to delay and issues getting in

Loved the location, we had not stayed in that part of Caloundra before. It was nice and quiet, the overall property was very clean, and the view from the 5th floor was excellent! The staff were very welcoming. Breakfast is no longer included, the property supplied a "welcome pack" consisting of water crackers, potato chips, juice, a bottle of rose wine, and hommus dip.

Nothing that comes to mind, we couldn't find anything to fault.

The facilities were amazing, the beach was just a short walk away as well. We were lucky enough to get a room on the top floor as well and the view was spectacular. Shops weren't too far away either, you could either walk or drive there. There were restaurants and cafe's right by the hotel as well and the food there was amazing as well. We get breakfast included, they gave us vouchers for each day.

The constant going up and down in an elevator definitely wasn't a pleasant experience. Other than that there wasn't anything else that we had issues with.
