Very easy access off the highway but no road noise. Lovely surroundings and lovely fairy lights to greet us. Parking right outside the door. Arrived after midnight key was left for us. Good sized motel room single and double beds. Very comfy beds and pillows crispy clean linen. Spacious bathroom. Clean fresh towels. Plenty of tea coffee milk, microwave big fridge plates cutlery toaster big tv desk which can be used as a table and 2 chairs. Immaculately clean. Very quiet Fujitsu aircon (I looked to see what brand it was because I was impressed with its efficiency and silence) we couldn’t hear it and big ceiling fan also couldn’t hear it. Only a few minutes from turnoff to Tannum and calliope travel centre where you can buy food and fill up. We arrived too late for dinner but would have purchased if we arrived in time because the reviews are great. Best value of all surrounding accommodation. Nice friendly owner came out to wave goodbye! Easy 10 out of 10. Thank you!

Our stay at the Benaraby Hilltop MotorInn was great! Upon arrival the customer service was tip top with a very lovely welcome followed by insightful information to help us throughout our stay. Our room was extremely clean and comfortable especially for the price. Even being located close to the highway the noise from the main road was minimal. If you are passing through the area and need somewhere to stay, I couldn't recommend this hotel more.

The host and his wife made my stay great and they cooked me the most fabulous Scnitzel and salad the 3 blokes could not have finished. The grounds and room were all spot on and I was nice and cool in a heatwave. Great place.!! Hosted brilliantly!! Helped me with truck parking without batting an eyelid, great bloke!!

Space to park car and boat in open yard of property. If you had a boat less than 2m height you can park under the carport. If there are many people staying with boats though, the yard gets filled up very quickly so need all the other guests to be mindful when parking. Motel was very comfortable and clean. Microwave, kettle, toaster, full fridge with freezer, plates and cutlery. No kitchen sink, just have to use the bathroom sink. TV had good reception and motel even had Netflix and wifi as well. Aircon worked well. Shower had good pressure. Although on Bruce highway, it was not noisy at all and we slept well. Joan who checked us in and housekeeper were really friendly, made you feel very welcome. Thank you

Rooms are very clean, bed is extremely comfortable shower has good pressure and hot water is instant. Rooms are self contained and have a descent size fridge/freezer. The tv is modern large screen smart tv.

Phone reception / data not the Motels fault as Benaraby has had horrible Telstra reception for years. Optus does work better in Benaraby.

The hosts were super friendly and helpful. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the sheets crisp and soft and the room was spotless. There was plenty of tea, coffee and milk, microwave and a big fridge in the room. An added plus was the delicious home cooked dinner. Overall I would happily stay here again.

The complex of rooms all at ground level are in a pleasant garden setting. The room was fairly basic but spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable. The dinner, previously ordered, and delivered via room service, was excellent and at a reasonable price. The owners were very hospitable and helpful. Excellent accommodation for a one night stay.

No breakfast offered . We did have dinner - room service . It was very nice . It was clean and tidy .

The shower floor is very slippery- hard for people with neural feet issues . Also no bath mat . Due to no shower door , water from shower went on bathroom floor .

The Chicken Hungarian Goulash delivered to our room was delicious. The managers were very welcoming. The covered parking outside our room was spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Large fridge with separate freezer. The room and meal were excellent value.

Unfortunately the highway traffic noise disturbed our sleep. No extractor fan in the ensuite.

Having a delayed trip, I rang to explain we would not be there at scheduled check in time. This was met with real concern for us and an arrangement made for us on arrival. Joan was unbelievably gentle and kind about it and did wait around to ensure we were ok when we arrived. Both were super friendly and happy to chat and could not have done more for us. Room had had a recent makeover but not lost the charm of the age with the large simple bathroom well ventilated and plenty of hot water. Bed was really comfy, tiles newly laid on the floor made it clean and slick and hygienic. Bedding was of a good quality. Supply of crockery and cutlery in a cupboard and a microwave and toaster also. Not big breaky eaters so this was perfect as we cooked toast at our convenience. Pool appeared so inviting but no swimmers with us. Grounds immaculate, looked like a tropical botanical garden. Easy to locate and enter from the highway.
