Great location, close to shops and restaurants. Very close to the beach, within walking distance. Very beautiful view of the ocean from our balcony.

Not as clean as I am used to. It lacked a special touch. The kitchen had very old utensils, no trays for the oven. The dishwashing liquid provided did not remove grease, the detergent was very bad quality. The cups were not that clean. No water in the fridge, no salt, biscuits. Coffee and tea was of very bad quality, it tasted very bad. If you want us to leave the premises clean, you must provide good equipment for the guest to do the right thing.

we stayed at artique for 10 days, and it was awesome. the actual apartment looked even better than the images. the bedroom was clean, had lots of storage and the view was beautiful. the kitchen was well stocked with cutlery and utensils. the living room was beautiful having it being entirely surrounded by the city, river and ocean view. the little office corner was also good for stowing away baggage. this is the first apartment i have seen that has 2 balconies with 3 entrances, its definitely one of the main selling points. for the cons, we had to keep the bathroom door open at all times as there is no window or fan installed, so it is very prone to getting musty and smelly. the sink and toilet is totally fine, but the shower needs updating, as it is the ones that are built inside a bath tub, so you have to be very careful getting in and out as one wrong step can cause an extremely fatal accident. i bought a bunch of bath fizzers but didnt end up using them as the bathtub is quite small and skinny for adults to sit and chill in, probably just fine for kids. another note is that the tv’s are not smart, so no netflix or youtube. it was not too much of a bad thing as we were on holiday so we were out every day doing activities, but it would have been nice coming back to the room at night to some netflix. last thing is the elevator wait times, if you have a planned activity and need to get somewhere on time please leave early with enough time to spend waiting for the elevator, it can become quite daunting waiting for it to finally come to your floor. overall i am very happy with my stay, we used the pool almost every day and my husband made frequent use of the spa, sauna, steam room and gym. felt very sad to leave, but hope this review helps those who are seeking to stay at artique. (ps the reception staff are very lovely).

the bathroom needs updating, tv's need youtube/netflix. if the tv is a deal breaker i can recommend bringing your own device for watching stuff or perhaps a projector. but we fell in love with the room so much that it didnt really matter.

The unit was very nice. Great views. Everything we needed & spacious. The area was great. A short walk to plenty of eateries, & the tram was very close. Big screen TV. Comfortable bed, great shower, full kitchen, washing machine & dryer. We would come back again.

When we arrived, we were given a room on level 2. The room was ok, but there was no view. It wasn't like the room we booked. However, there was also a renovation of a privately owned unit going on, which caused a lot of noise throughout the day. So we asked if we could be moved. The young lady at reception moved us to a room on level 9, which was exactly like what we booked, so all was good. The cleaning could have been a bit better. But in general, all was good. The only thing that may bother some, while the tram is close, it can also be quite noisy at almost all hours of the night.

The property was great, location 500m from the beach and boardwalk which took you right into main surfers paradise area & shops, restaurants and coffee shops. The mattress wasn’t hugely comfortable, so we placed the spare duvet under the bed sheet and that did the trick - comfy bed and great sleep! The apt had everything we needed for our stay and also supermarkets nearby to allow us to stock up for the few days we couldn’t leave the apt during cyclone Alfred 😳 the staff were great and talked to every apt ahead of time around safety aspects. Alfred was an experience! The gym in the hotel is small but very adequate and both my Husband & I used it quite a few times. The pool is small but ok for a dip, not big enough to actually swim properly. Overall I’d say 9.5/10 just because of the mattress (easily remedies) but everything else is great! 👍

Location! Location and easy walking distance to everything and also away from the busy night life at the main esplanade. 2-minute walk to the beach and a couple of blocks away from shops and surfers paradise. Walking distance to tram station. The common area is very clean and able to facilitate lots of family for poolside BBQ. Sauna, steam room, spa, gym, and pool areas were clean. Overall, it's good for a family getaway. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

It doesn't have a cafe. The room we stayed in didn't have the pull-out sofa that Booking.com stated during my booking. The apartment was private and needs to be updated, especially the carpet. Overall, it was a great location, we enjoyed our stay.

Apartment was tidy & well presented, and for a complete & utter change compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at - every utensil & piece of crockery was clean, too. On another note: I asked my kids which part of the holiday they liked the best. I was fully expecting them to say the helicopter ride, the parasailing, iFly, Jetboat Extreme, etc… all of which they’d done. To my complete surprise - they said the best (and most exciting) part of the holiday was when the hotel alarm went off (around midnight) and everyone had to evacuate outside the hotel using the stairs.

It’s rare for both lifts to actually be working. Also, on check-out (& after I’d returned the keys) I didn’t realise that I needed a swipe key for the lift to go to ‘B1’ or ‘B2’ to get the car. (A detour to the 30th Floor later): A nice lady swiped ‘B1’ for me so I was able to get to the car… ;-)

We had a 2br with ocean view which was quite spacious. The location of the hotel was convenient to both Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach.

Water leak caused an evacuation at 9am and we had to walk down 26 flights of stairs including my mum who is in her 70s and naturally struggled :( No clear communication provided to guests after the alarm stopped and no follow-up communication to apologise for the experience either. Another night during our stay, we had no hot water. Staff didn’t sound very apologetic about it when we rang up about it. Not what we would expect given how much we were paying per night.

The location, the view and the parking cannot be faulted. The staff were friendly and we got a room on the 26th floor so it was quiet considering we were close to the heart of Surfers Paradise. The pool, gym and spa facilities were great.

The quality of the room was not what we expected. It was alot more run down compared to the photos shown online. There was a 50c piece sized hole in the hallway carpet and the table in the lounge and in the main bedroom were rusting.

The mirrors in the apartment that was pretty much 75% of the walls weren’t clean and our main bedroom wasn’t supplied with a quilt cover. the floor as we entered didnt feel like it was vacuumed or mopped, we would have to wear socks to avoid black feet, we were given a piece of paper of amenities and things to do and one of them was virtual gold simulator, it said to book and when we tried we were told it’s only for residents and you need to pay a yearly membership to use it, which is a disappointment as it’s false advertisement for people staying for a week or two, at least hand out one for people who aren’t residents
